    • Great for Multi-Cat Homes – Worth Every Penny
Style: CleanWell
I bought this for my mom, who has three cats, and it's been a huge improvement. It keeps the litter box much cleaner throughout the day, and the OdorVault technology does a great job controlling smells, even with multiple cats using it. She loves not having to scoop every day, and the large waste bin means it can go much longer between cleanings. The cats adjusted to it quickly, and it's been reliable and easy to maintain. If you have multiple cats and want to save time while keeping your home smelling fresh, I would definitely recommend this litter box. It's made caring for three cats much easier and has been well worth the investment. ... show more

Love It, But Ultimately Disappointed I purchased this litter box hoping it would provide a cleaner and more convenient solution for my cat. Unfortunately, after using it, I found several design flaws that led me to return it. The biggest concern is the sealing system. The manufacturer includes adhesive tape to help create a better seal between components. In my opinion, a litter box at this price point should not require tape to prevent leaks. Even after applying the tape as instructed, urine and litter still made their way into the base and underneath the liner. I have attached photos showing: * Litter collecting beneath components that should be sealed * Residue and moisture accumulating inside the base * Visible gaps between parts of the unit * Urine streaking and contamination in areas that should remain clean This creates sanitation concerns and significantly increases the amount of cleaning required. Instead of reducing maintenance, I found myself taking the unit apart and cleaning areas that should never have been exposed to waste. The amount of tape provided also seems inadequate for long-term use, and relying on adhesive strips as part of the containment system raises concerns about the overall design and durability of the product. Additionally, if you have a cat that urinates high on the sides of the box or a larger cat, I would strongly recommend researching carefully before purchasing. In my experience, the containment system was simply not sufficient. I truly wanted this product to work and had high hopes for it, but unfortunately it created more work and cleaning than a traditional litter box. For the price, I expected significantly better quality, better sealing, and a more hygienic design. Sadly, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience. ... show more

    • Disappointed With the Litter Tracking
Style: CleanWell
Disappointed With the Litter Tracking I have 3 cats and was really excited to try the Bissell CleanWell litter box because, honestly, I am tired of scooping litter every day! I was hoping this would make life with 3 cats a little easier. The setup instructions weren’t exactly clear, but I was able to figure it out and get everything assembled. Unfortunately, my biggest issue so far is the amount of litter being tracked EVERYWHERE. I have been using the same clumping cat litter for the past 7 years without this level of mess. I didn’t change the litter when I switched to the CleanWell, so I was surprised that I suddenly have litter all over the floors. With three cats, I was expecting some tracking, but this is significantly worse than what I had with my previous setup. I’m hoping I can find a solution because the whole reason I bought this litter box was to make dealing with the litter easier—not create more cleanup. I’ll continue using it and see if I can figure out whether there’s a way to reduce the tracking. I really want to love this litter box, but so far, I’m disappointed. It is a Lot of money to have such a mess. ... show more

    • Great litter box once our cats finally adjusted!
Style: CleanWell
Overall, I’m very happy with this litter box, but it did take some time for our cats to get used to it. We have three cats, and none of them wanted anything to do with it at first (probably because they have never used an automated box before)! It took them quite a while before they were comfortable enough to actually use it. I think part of the reason for their hesitation is the small step to get inside. Our cats are also on the larger side, and the width is pretty tight for them. They like to circle several times before going to the bathroom, and there isn’t much room for them to turn around comfortably. Once they got over the learning curve they started using it more frequently. The automatic cleaning works well, and the odor technology does a great job keeping the smell contained. I also love the app!!! It makes it easy to monitor how often it is being used. The size of the waste bin is another plus since it doesn’t need to be emptied constantly, even with three cats. If I could change two things they would be adding a larger or more stable entry step and making the interior just a little more spacious. Aside from that, it’s been a great addition to our home and has made litter box maintenance so much easier! ... show more

    • Happy so far, hoping all 3 cats adopt it!
Style: CleanWell
So far, I’m impressed with this automatic litter box. It was well packaged, easy to assemble, and the app/setup process was straightforward. It’s much quieter than I expected, and the cleaning cycle seems to work well. My cats are still getting used to it, so I can’t speak to long-term reliability yet, but they’re starting to use it, which is a good sign since cats can be picky about changes. The unit feels sturdy, and I like not having to scoop constantly. I’ll update my review if anything changes after we’ve used it for a while, but my first impression has been very positive. ... show more

    • Absolutely NOT!
Style: CleanWell
If I could give it zero, I would. This thing malfunctions DAILY and the return window is only 30 days so aim stuck with a useless piece of plastic. This is nothing more than a very expensive brick. The user guide does not help solve any issues. The drum gets stuck and even after cleaning everything they tell you too it still doesnt work. I was better off using a traditional litter box. Absolutely avoid this junk and save your money. ... show more

    • Very Poor Build Quality
Style: CleanWell
Review Image by Cool Boss
Received damaged. I was very disappointed. The litter box arrived with the plastic housing already cracked and separated at the seam (see photo). It was damaged right out of the box, so I couldn't even use it. The build quality is poor, and for the price I expected much better. Not recommend ！

    • Impressive Litter Box!!
Style: CleanWell
So proud of my cat, Oliver! Took him just a couple days to get acquainted and we are already in go-mode! I was hesitant about this littler box considering it's size and height, but that didn't seem to deter my cat. Oliver, as most cats, is sensitive to dirty litter boxes and has no problem acting out when his parents have gone a smidge too long without scooping. I'm hopeful this will solve that problem and everyone will be happier. Installation was easy and I loved the recommendations on how to transition your cat from old to new litter box that were included in the installation instructions. I stopped scooping his old one and that seemed to do the trick. I also love the app! I set it up to delay the clean until 5 mins after my cat's visit just so he didn't get startled by movement. They've really thought of everything! Note to buyers: make sure you have CLUMPING litter. I was using the standard non-clumping pretty litter previously, so had to make the switch over to clumping after receiving the new box. ... show more
