I am so happy with this vacuum! It is lightweight, quiet, durable, it has great suction power. It has a long cord which makes it easy to vacuum large areas. The suction hose extends out easily to reach hard to reach places. The accessories make cleaning a breeze! For a long time our vacuum has been on the fritz and very undependable. I've had to pay a house cleaner to come because I didn't have the time or funds to buy a new vacuum for awhile. On Prime Day we purchased this Bissell Vacuum. I have to say, it does a very good job so far. We have only had it for a week so I will update my review after some time. So far though, it picks up very well. It has very strong suction whether from the floor or from the removable handle and hose, which is a feature I really like and comes in handy for getting the cobwebs off the ceiling. I like the retractable cord, but I have a feeling that after some time, it will stop retracting so well or altogether. I've already had one instance where it didn't want to retract all the way. I like the color and I like how light weight it is. I also like that it is fairly quiet as well. Overall, for the price, this is a very good buy and I would recommend it after the short period of time of use. ... show more

I wanted a low-cost and effective vacuum and I got one when I bought this one. It's nice and light, easy to maneuver. Suction is great. Automatic cord winder took some getting used to but I like it now. Couple of drawback would include 1) the beater brush spins whether vacuuming floor or carrying upright and using the extension wand, and 2) would have been nice to have a wide floor attachment for the wand. This unit came with a jet nozzle, a small brush that doesn't give you much power, and what appears to be a furniture attachment that spins when suction is applied. With the exception of the jet nozzle, attachments are not super useful. Hard to do bare floor with a beater brush spinning. My old unit had a switch to turn the beater bar motor off for bare floors. Still better to have the floor attachment, though. 3) Unit is very wide at the front so it doesn't reach into smaller corners and behind stuff, but I might be spoiled by the old one that had a swivel head on it. This one is a big square compared to that one. I have to say though that for a hundred bucks this thing does an amazing job. My old unit had fancy features but it didn't have the suction this one does, even brand new. And the old one didn't last all that long. None of them do. But we will see about this. I will be happy if it lasts a couple of years. ... show more

The suction is really good. So good it's a bit hard to vacuum the rug that we have. I Love it tho! I feel it's doing what I expected. Cord length is not as long as I would like, but it'll do. Very easy to empty and clean. I did buy an extra Bissell filter with Fabreeze. I can't smell anything. Other than that; it is so worth the low cost. ... show more

I was in the market for a new vacuum but didn’t want to break the bank. After figuring out what features were most important for me and some research, I settled on the bissell cleanview rewind! Now I have only used the vacuum a few times and I’m so impressed! It has extremely strong suction and the adjustable height to floor depending on the type of floor your vacuuming is very helpful. The pull out active wand is a life saver for vacuuming my two sets of carpeted stairs and makes my job so much easier compared to other vacuums I’ve used in the past. I bought this vacuum cleaner because my other one finally croaked after almost 15 years, and needed to get a new one. I researched and researched, and finally settled on this one, and after one month month, this is my assessment so far: - Price: This vacuum definitely punches way above its weight when it comes to price vs value. While this was not the cheapest vacuum price-wise, it is what I believe to be by far the best value for the money, especially considering the fact that it comes from an established brand with a great reputation for building high quality products. - Quality: excellent quality. The vacuum is solid, even though it's all plastic. The vacuum is small and compact, yet powerful, especially when my old vacuum cleaner, it feels like 15 years of technology advancement really made a difference for me. The retractable cord is a nice touch for a vacuum of this price point. - Suction: This vacuum cleaner is a powerful one. I have wooden floors, with a smattering of area carpets, and this vacuum has done a wonderful job of cleaning both surfaces with no problem whatsoever. One thing to note, and maybe this was just me. Part of the handle was already broken when I got it, but I'm pretty certain that it was done somewhere on transit. I decided to keep it as is instead of sending it back because I really needed it, but you might want to make sure that there are no broken pieces. ... show more
