i AM ENJOYING MY UMBRELLA VERY MUCH. I LOVE THE COLOR . IAM SHORT (4'11) AND HAD TROUBLE REACHING THE LEVER TO WIND UP THE UMBRELLA AND ALSO THE WRAP THA HOLDS IT CLOSED, MY FRIEND TOOK IT TO ACE AND HAD 8" SAWED OFF AND IT IS JUST PERFECT NOW. bUT i WONDER WHY THEY DO NOT CONSIDER HEIGHT WHEN THEY DESIGN THE POLES AND DO NOT MAKE THEM MORE TO ADJUST FOR HEIGHTS. I HAVE BOUGHT THIS BRAND BEFORE AND HAD THE OTHER ONE FOR ABOUT 5 YRS UNTIL THE WIND BLEW OVER THE TABLE AND BROKE THE UMBRELLA. SO I DEFINITELU CAN SAY THEY ARE A GREAT PRODUCT AND HOPE OTHER SMALL PEOPLE CAN HAVE THEM SHORTENED.

I’m impressed with this umbrella. The fabric is thick and much sturdier than I expected, and the metal is heavy steel. The burgundy is mislabeled—it’s more of a deep, rich red and looks beautiful. I gave the umbrella only 4 stars rather than 5 because the tilt mechanism is difficult to press and is located too high to reach when the umbrella is placed in a table; it also tilts minimally in one direction only. Unfortunately, the 7.5’ umbrella I bought is too large for where my table is located (near a wall); though I can’t use it as planned, I will keep it because it’s a quality product.

Love!! This is very well made! I have gone through several umbrellas. This is sturdy and the lights are so pretty. It is a very large umbrella!! and the stem is wide. We had to change tables that had a larger hole. It is very pretty lit up. A find!!

We needed to have our large shade tree cut down in our small backyard. Now we needed a really good umbrella for our deck. My wife picked this one & it's great. It holds up well in the wind & is easy to put up & down with the hand crank. The fabric is heavy duty & seems like it will last for a long time. We like the burgundy color that really stands out against the Williamsburg blue color of our siding. All in all we're really happy with the umbrella & it makes our full sun deck a lot more comfortable!

I have no problems with this seller. Items arrived as promised. I'm happy with this seller. The color of the umbrella is darker than I expected but that isn't a problem at all. The umbrella appears to be strong and durable. I can't wait to get it set up, just waiting for the sand to arrive for the base. My issue is with FedEx. The box the umbrella came in arrived open, wet, and looked like it was ran over. I did a take the umbrella out of the box to check it and it appears to be ok but I have not set it up yet to see if anything is damaged. I'll know once I have the umbrella in the base and cranked open.
