They are holding up all-weather curtains that alternate between open and closed. Totally strong and sturdy enough to last in Colorado's hot and cold outdoor weather--and hold fairly heavy outdoor curtains as well. Plus, there is virtually no installation since they are tension rods.

I've bought many shower curtains in my time and these have been my favorite. They have a large rubber foot on both side, which I believe keeps them from sliding off the wall. They haven't rusted like the uncoated metals one you can buy, and they were super easy to install.

This product can be used for windows as well. I tried mines, and it almost reached. My purpose in obtaining this was for my bathroom shower because the previous tenant took their shower stuff with them. I also did not want to drill any holes so I decided to try this out. Although the rod feels unsturdy, it actually holds weight. Probably would not place any huge towels on it. The box comes with instruction drawings. Came in with a bigger box that held the box that held the rod. The curtains has two pieces. One for the inside and the "aesthetic" piece on the outside. Those were from Costco. The bar itself has no problems holding the curtains in place. As of 8/15/23 the way I installed still works, bar has not fallen off. Exceeded my expectations as I thought I would be adjusting it nonstop.
