LOVE this new bench. The stancions are far enough apart that the bar stays balanced when loading weights so it is not a two person job. Nice, thick padding on the bench. And the bench folds up to save space. Only drawback is that you have to take the bar off the fold the bench up. Easy to put together. I did it myself in about 20 minutes. Solid product and well built. The grips for the bar arms are a little cheap, but they work. I would recommend this as an affordable option for your home gym.

This was a great find! It fits the space I have but is a full adult-size bench. Both Olympic plates and standard plates can be used. I used Olympic plates. The bench is surprisingly sturdy and stable. It was easy to assemble and can be used with a lot of weight! I really my new bench.

As a bench this is pretty good for the money. Build quality seems solid but definitely not like what you'd find in a gym. It is sturdy. The bench is wide enough for me. If I was benching more then 300 lbs I might have concerns over how safe it would be but I'm lifting much less right now so I think it should be fine. But it is useless as a squat rack for me. The only way I can find to use it is from the back side with the bench down. And even then I have to sit on the back edge of the bench to get under the bar and it is tricky to rerack so I would never use this for any heavy squating. There is not enough space to back under the bar and the highest height is way too low for me at 5'10. In the video demo for this the guy doing squats is using 10 lb plates and pressing the bar over his head to get into his squats so he's not even using the bench at all. I'll give it 4 stars because as a bench it's pretty solid although I could have bought something as good without the extra squat rack feature for less which is what I would do if I was doing it again

Excellent for starting out allowing you to bench up to 300lbs as a 200lb man. Item has a clean and simple appearance. Width and padding for back support. Sadly there is no adjustability, so incline in a no-go, but it does fold up if you need extra space while not in use. In conclusion, the value is there, with sturdiness for heavier weights.

I would recommend this bench if you are in the market and don't want to spend lots of money. It is quite stable, and I feel safe on it even with weight on the bar. I was concerned with the width of the bar holder, but it is wide enough to get a good grip. Easy to fold up and move out of the way if you need more space. Somewhat annoying to put together, mainly because you need two tools to screw the nuts and bolts together, makes it awkward to assemble some parts. NOTE: This is strictly a flat bench, does not incline.

The bench set is very well made and sturdy with extra thick and comfortable padding on the bench. I LOVE that the bench will fold up and out of the way when not in use as I have a very small workout area. The built in weight racks are very convenient for storing extra weight plates.

Decent quality and easy to assemble. I didn’t notice it doesn’t have an incline feature. Would have cost them a dollar at manufacture to do so. If you don’t wNt incline it’s a decent bench.
