Amazing!
Color: Large
I use this twice a week for training and it has held up really well. I love using it and it has helped me so much. Definitely recommend to someone looking to increase their max bench press.

Great tool for lifting!
Color: Large
Only issue is the bar doesn’t fit very well. I’m afraid it will stretch out and then not work, but so far it works great once you struggle bus it on.

Bang for buck

Definitely helps with my shoulder. You can focus on your lift and not worry about your shoulder as much.

Awesome highly recommended

You won't be disappointed, if you're having trouble locking the weight, this product will really boost your lockout strength! I have already added 50lbs to my lockout, and 20lbs to my bench in only 1 month of using this!

Does not fit on olympic bar as shown
Color: Large
I made it work and the the block had no problem holding up to 365lbs on the bench press. My major complaint is that the grooves are clearly cut for a standard bar and not an Olympic bar (really the "standard" bar you find in most gyms). Clearly shows an Olympic bar being used in the product photos. I was able to wedge it on and pound it onto the bar, but it made me nervous that it would come off while benching, and it did get easily knocked off when I bumped it getting into position.

Came unglued second use !
Color: Small
I think you would be better off making your own out of a yoga block and using a drill bit to DIY one of these this one is a joke hard to get on and pops off randomly during reps ! Glad I got it on sale ! Not worth the money
