Happy to find my replacement h/aid batteries at a fair price from this Amazon seller: Hearing Direct USA. I’ve learned my lesson paying high prices for familiar brands or drugstore private label batteries, then throwing away many duds. Power One is my battery brand for life, and I trust Hearing Direct USA as my Amazon seller of choice. I know I will get the freshest supply, that were not sitting in a warehouse. They ship directly so we get their freshest batteries—free shipping. Not 1-2 day shipping, but I am happy to wait to get the freshest German-made Power One batteries. My entire August 2019 order has 2023 expiration dates. NO duds. Well priced. I learned of Power One batteries from a Navy vet who is provided Power One batteries through the V.A. The battery 6-packs are slim, easy to use, with well-sized color tabs that give a good grip; easy to replace batteries in h/aids. I fit the flat 6-pack (approximately 2” x 2.25”) into a vest pocket or coin purse, and drop used batteries back into the packet to dispose responsibly. I do not leave batteries in the car; heat shortens battery life. Photos show the 6-packet after removing the Power One top. On my recent order supplied by Hearing Direct, I received two orders of batteries and two orders of replacement silicone domes, all in one slim box, direct shipment. Reading others’ reviews, it seems some think Power One batteries are an “off brand” because they don’t see them in local stores. These are top quality, German engineered product. I never get “duds” even from packages I’ve had more than a year. They last 4-5 days for my use. This is the brand hearing aid batteries supplied to U.S. veterans by the V.A.

Great bargain! I have hearing aids which require this size battery. Since they are the smallest battery size, they don't last long, probably about 3-4 days although I haven't recorded the exact time. I used to buy batteries from which ever store was around me at the time that I realized I ran out of batteries and my hearing aids were no longer working. One day I decided to check the prices on Amazon and I am so glad I did! There is a significant price difference. I have ordered these batteries a couple times now and will continue to do so. I also have not received any "duds" which I cannot say for other brands sold in drug stores.

Excellent long lasting hearing aid battery

I am puzzled that some have written about the packaging having problems. I find the packaging excellent and the little batteries pop out with the tape attached only to the batteries. You have to open the packaging in the back to properly access the batteries. The tape on the batteries helps with proper placement into the hearing aids and then it is very easily removed. This is the only brand that I have used and I find they last 4-5 days with about 14 hours daily use. They are surely a good buy and work well. I didn't give the product 5 stars as I had hoped they would last longer, but as I don't have other experience (new to hearing aids), maybe this is typical. Other reviewers seem happy with how long they last. I am using the hearing aids to help with tinnitus. They do work for this. By enhancing other sounds around me, I am able to not focus so much on the very annoying sounds of my tinnitus.

I am on day 5 with my first pair. I made the mistake of ordering Duracell Activair batteries the last time. They were top rated, but lasted from one hour to a couple of days. I got tired of changing batteries, so ordered these which I have been using for years and threw out the Durracells.

Have used these batteries for about two years and found they offer good performance at a reasonable price. A big plus was superior packaging which could be opened in two seconds with a fingernail to access a fresh battery. If I suspected a battery would die while i was away from home I'd just put a flat wheel of 6 batteries in my pocket and hit the road. When needed the battery change took ten seconds. However, the packaging has changed in the worst imaginable way. Now, scissors are required to access every battery in a pack. Don't know about you but I don't lug scissors with me everywhere I go. Consequence: that 10 second battery change now takes a several minutes . So much for a quick battery change when you're rushing to get out the door. Until the packaging reverts to the old design I won't be buying these again. Hope the two cents they saved on every box of batteries was worth losing a customer.

Several months ago, my wife got her first hearing aids. The only problem, of course, was batteries -- keeping a supply in all the places where she was likely to need them. And purchased at our supermarket or drug store, batteries were somewhat of an expense -- definitely worth it, but noticable on our limited budget. So I checked Amazon, read the reviews, and decided on the Powerone 60-pack. These batteries seem as good as any of the much more expensive batteries we purchased locally -- and we experimented with several brands. Certainly, there's no comparison in cost. These batteries are MUCH cheaper, about a third the cost. We have no problem, now, keeping them in all the different places and purses. And purchased in bulk, we're not regularly running to the store to buy batteries, like running to the store to buy milk or eggs. That, too, saves money, with the price of gas. And it saves time and annoyance.
