First off, I read through all of the reviews that are 3 stars and lower (up to the point that this review is posted) and they are all unfair, likely written by people that do not read through item descriptions thoroughly before buying/read the user manual before using. Those that are complaining that the bench is not big enough for them to do their specific exercise(s), the DIMENSIONS are in the description! That's YOUR fault for not reading and determining that this product will not work for your needs. And to those complaining that it is not quick/easy to adjust, the manual tells you to loosen the locking knobs (takes me about 2-3 full twists) and then PULL the end of the knob with one hand and adjust the bench with the other. That's how the quick-lock works. It is even etched into each of the knobs. Then the knob "automatically" finds the next hole as you move the bench cushion, and then you twist it tight to secure. It is not even slightly difficult. If you're having problems with this, you should probably start with some hand grip exercises before you start lifting weights on this thing. Now, for the product itself. This bench met all of my expectations. It's heavy, sturdy, versatile, made of durable metal, took about 5 minutes to setup initially out of the box, and easy to adjust and collapse for storing. The gray stitching around the sides LOOKS like it is made of flimsy material and that it will rip easily, but I did a pull test all the way around, and unless you're trying to intentionally destroy this thing it's going to last a good while. I only have 2 complaints. One, mine came with slight damage (scratch in the metal with rust, see pics) that doesn't affect the functionality at all. Second, when fully collapsed, the bench doesn't sit upright and has to be leaned against a wall like the lady does in the video, or you extend the leg pads so that it rests on them and balances on itself (see pic for a better description). Both of these are certainly not deal breakers. All in all, I am happy with my purchase. The price is very fair for the quality! These negative reviewers are likely looking for a handout or unnecessary apology from a company doing great things out here.

The media could not be loaded. As far as how I use it- it is nearly flawless. I just wanted a bench that could adjust for angled pressing and I wanted a Roman chair/Nordic bench. But I also need it to collapse and have a small footprint for my garage. It is stable and sturdy enough for both of those functions, although the reverse hyper extension isn’t the most comfortable on your knees. I’m 6’1 and weigh 150 and the knee pad digs into my shins a little too much. I would say if you have a gym membership and just need something to supplement exercises on your busy days or when the gym is closed- this is great. Also: great for someone doing mostly light to medium upper body. I haven’t tested the weight max (I only have 100 lb in weights) and I only really use it for bench press, laying rows, occasionally I use the head rest for preachers, and I use it for hyper extensions. Very glad to have found a bench that checks all of my boxes. As far as downsides go- I’d say it feels a bit wobbly when you’re doing bigger movements, say in a Roman chair, but nothing too concerning. Also: i think the fabric cushioning is decent in build quality but I am predicting it to rip with light to normal usage within 12 months. I will update in 12 months. All in all- a great value and I can confidently recommend It after using it for a few weeks

Just like at the gym!!! Seriously. Buy it. What a fantastic bang for your buck. I have bought, sold, and used many benches in my lifetime - this one is just as good as what you will find at your local gym. It is well worth the $25-50 extra you will spend compared to one of the 600 lb lightweight benches. While you cannot bolt this one to the floor, I am able to chest press 90 lb barbells (180 lb total) in recline (-45*), incline (+45*), and standard position (+/- 0*) without any wobble or concern. IMHO, unless you are a world class body builder or an unhealthy body weight (e.g., 400 lb+) this bench is perfect for you. If only it came with a towel because that is what you will be needing the most once you've picked this up! Disclaimer: Not manufactured in the U.S.A.

EDIT: I have reported this seller to Amazon as they have tried multiple times to pay me to remove my review. As such I have lowered my rating from 3 stars to one. I don't want to be too harsh on it, but it's what you would expect for the price. It's definitely not rock steady stable. It is convenient and compact though. It folds down small enough to fit underneath my flat bench, which is nice. Just make sure you are balanced when you start loading up weight on this thing because it will rock.

i found this one to be the best in this price range and its features. im happy with this bench. i weigh 220 lbs and its sturdy. my only gripe is the gap between the seat and the back when it folds down flat. but easy remedy to this issue is roll up a towel and stuff it that gap. makes it more comfortable. so far its holding up. it arrives 90% assembled and requires minimal effort to complete the rest. i was happy to receive a surprise workout map poster showing all the workouts you can do with this. they should probably mention this in whats included. its a plus! its really the top choice in this price range. worth it. if this ever breaks before the waranty time i will revisit this review and edit.
