    • Not super stable, but probably fine for light lifting
It's a basic bench. You cannot adjust the height or angle of the bench, so you'll need to adjust your body. It's fairly short in length but so am I, so it's great for me (5'6", long torso with short legs). Super easy to assemble but it doesn't come with a tool, so you'll need to have your own. Also, the welding job is pretty horrific so the included washers couldn't surely be used in two spots because the weld dribble was so massive it made it impossible to get the washers lined up over the screw holes. I don't plan on doing anything too crazy on this bench, so it's fine for me for now, but if you are hefty or plan on managing a lot of weight on this bench, then keep searching because it's not 100% stable. ... show more

Exceeded my expectations and the perfect size. I'm not an athlete, but an at home grandma doing some weight exercises. I hate to lie on the floor to exercise, so this is perfect. I can do many of my exercises right on the weight bench. PERFECT!

    • Inexpensive bench does the job
Well made and stable (for its weight). Went together fast and sits flat on the floor. Use the bench for one legged squats for balance and it works fine there. Not a lot of padding on the bench but I don't make a habit of sitting there long. Good value.

    • Bolts do not line up!
The bolts that are supposed to lineup to the bench do not. You can navigate 3 only which does not give you much options since the threaded fasteners are permanent to the bench part.

What a waste of money. Was missing parts for assembly, and even if I had had all the parts to assemble it, the holes don’t line up for the bolts! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

    • Did not come with bolts, seller has not responded.
I messaged the manufacturer more than a week ago and they have not returned my message. I tried to call them and their mailbox was full and could not accept messages.

    • Other options are likely better
The only issue is the material on the underside of the bench; it is brittle and not capable of taking weight on its edges. When laying I have to remain very centered. Not ideal for anything other than laying flat.
