This is a very sturdy bench. For the price ($69), you really can't beat it. It comes essentially put together (2 steps to put together) and comes with extra bolts and screws just in case they are needed. It also is much wider than expected. Overall, this bench is a great value for the money. The only negative about the bench - which I saw mentioned in a couple other reviews - is that the bench does not lay perfectly flat. When put in what is supposed to be the flat position, it does seem to have a very small incline. It is very slight though, and wouldn't affect my decision to by the bench whatsoever. ... show more

We got the regular version of this for my 15-year old son who decided to start working with weights. At the price, I wasn't expecting anything this sturdy. It was easy to put together - maybe 15 minutes. The bench has some padding. If it was for someone very large, I'd probably want the monster one with a bit more heft, but the normal style is great for someone a bit more slender. For the money, this bench is well worth it. The back adjusts, as does the seat and ankle brace. Maybe it's just the one I received, but it doesn't lay perfectly flat, and you have to really tighten the heck out of the ankle brace to keep it from moving when in use. Overall, good value.

It was very easy to assemble. It came pretty much fully assembled. It took forever to arrive though and I thought it was collapsible (fold in half) which it is not but it’s still pretty easy to store and it’s a good sturdy bench for the price!
