this came in a beatup box adn the contents were not protected properly. Broken styrofoam was everywhere and the parts were not packaged well. some parts had no packaging or protection whatsoever, leading me to believe that this was formerly purchased by someone and returned. It was not easy to put together either, as the holes were misaligned and I had to strain to get everything aligned and get nuts and bolts all screwed in securely. The assembled product is adequate, stands evenly and holds up to the various demands. This is very light, so one needs to exercise caution, as it is prone to moving according to where the weight is placed. For my use, and for the price, it is adequate and I plan to use it as long as it will last.

The main reasons I bought this product are PRICE, and the description said FOLDABLE. This product is not FOLDABLE. If this product folds, it would be a miracle from God. It is a nice size, sturday, good product, but to suggest that it folds is false advertising and that's why I am returning it.

Needed something to workout indoors when the weather gets too hot in the summer in the garage. This was perfect for the barbell set. No complaints, sturdy, Lightweight. I'm 5'8 and it's just the right size, any smaller it would be too short. Of course, it could be longer, but then it would be more inconvenient and take up more room. it's not wobbly, one of the screw holes was a little off and hard to align the screw, but it worked out with a little cajoling. After two months of every other day use, so far so good.

Most of the reviews I see are people complaining about the assembly, although I will admit the assembly was kinda rough, it's still achievable. I'd recommend using 2 wrenches during the assembly just so it's easier. I had a problem with one screw but if you've delt with stubborn screws before you'll have no problem putting this bad boy together. It's a sturdy bench, you get more than what you pay for in my opinion, it's cushioned very well, the padding doesn't tear easily. 9½/10

This weight bench is just what I had in mind when I ordered it. A simple and compact flat bench for exercise. When I got the package delivered the box looked like it had suffered some rough handling. The box was crunched and strapped with loads of shipping tape to hold it together, though a piece of steel was protruding from one corner. Upon opening the carton it appeared that the parts were all there and nothing seemed to be damaged despite the styrofoam packing material being broken and crumbled in the box. My first problem was when I wanted to begin assembling the legs to the bench. There's four threaded inserts in the bottom of the bench that the leg framework bolts onto. Problem is, there's four holes that don't line up. The holes are oversized and the hardware includes large washers to suit, so it seemed like there would be enough wiggle room to get the four bolts to line up with the threaded inserts. Not a chance. The holes are large but I had to actually re-drill and grind two of the holes into an oval shape to get the bolts to fit and to be able to bolt the legs onto the bench. I'm a mechanic and have access to hand and power tools but I wonder what the average buyer would do with this. If you're not able to open up the bolt holes quite a lot, you wouldn't be able to put the bench together at all. Seems like the parts were made in two different places and the fabricators didn't talk to each other. Once together, the bench is sturdy and lightweight and should work well. Getting it together was way too much of a workout though.

My package was not handled with care, it arrived with the box worn and holes in it. This is not the manufactures fault, but the delivery system. With that being said I put the bench together no problem and it works great. Very sturdy and a fantastic purchase. I would recommend using electronic tool for screws if you are on the weaker side. Very happy with my purchase. Will be purchasing more!!
