Nice and easy to install. It heavy and sturdy. Would work fine with no winds. Didn’t work for my patio since I need to secure it to the rail and half the circle is hanging out. Will have to get a semi circle base.

I purchased the base to go in the middle of a table to help secure deck umbrella during windy days. The base looks nice and has enough weight to keep the umbrella secure when placed through the middle of the table. I would not recommend this for a freestanding base unless it was a calm day, but and has done well through several storms placed through the middle of the table. As advertised. Heavy and sturdy. Slightly difficult to assemble due to the weight and awkwardness of assembly, but not horrible. Just grab a wrench that fits the bolt and you're set. I'm happy with it.

I loved the lights but they died after a few weeks. It’s fairly sturdy though, it’s survived some strong winds and a couple times it has fallen over. So far no sun bleaching. It leans a lot in the recommended base so I’m still trying to figure out how to remedy that.
