Wow -- this was a fabulous deal! At first I thought it was just the fabric canopy then realized it was the whole umbrella (except no base, which we didn't need). Everything seems high quality -- time will tell about fade resistance, but in the meantime, we will enjoy it. This yellow was exactly the buttery sunflower golden yellow I wanted. The polyester fabric is good quality and says 97% UV block. Still, I did go ahead and order a heavier canopy (270 G) with nearly 100% UV block for our hottest-sun season (FYI, not easy to find) because this fabric (180 G) does let more light/heat through than we need during that time. But the total cost of this umbrella plus a replacement canopy is not more than I expected to pay for one complete umbrella and I like being able to swap out the canopy depending on weather and the color I want. ... show more

Awesome 91/2 foot, sturdy , beautiful umbrellas. I bought 3 of them. They also have a strip of fabric with velcro that you can keep closed while umbrella is down to prevent from blowing around in wind. I have bought umbrellas from Lowe's & many food stores that were only 7 feet & inferior fabric. Fades & tears easily. These umbrellas are sturdy & beautiful. 1 year in and this umbrella is solid as a rock-even in winds 30-40 mph it hasn't budged or leaned. Water resilience of cover is exceptional and I have mine mounted in my pool shallows for chair sunsets underneath it (happy wife happy....you know the rest...)
