I have issues with it pouring out all my litter when it cleans. However, the quality is really good and it is a nice looking. Easy setup. The seller really helped make things right for me and has helped me troubleshoot the product. Great customer service!!!!!!

I wish I could review this Kveode Automatic Self Cleaning Cat Litter Box a bit better, but my cat has been avoiding using it! It is really cool and the app measures body weight and how often he uses the litter box, but I am pretty sure he hasn't used it a single time. I think he may have explored it one time, because I am able to see his weight was recorded. He has always had white colored littered boxes, and I think the dark grey color of this box has deterred him a bit. The grey box was only available at the time, and I wish I could swap it for the white, I really feel like he would use a similar colored box since it resembled his old litter box and he is a creature of habit. I will update this review if we have better luck, or if I am able to order a white box instead. Assembly was easy and the features in the app are great, I just need him to start using it! Bear in mind if your cats are used to a specific look, they may not adjust well to a significant color change. I couldn't help but notice that the same seller had the exact same box listed for significantly less, I see no visual difference in the greyish black vs. graphite gray, other than a 32% price difference. ... show more

I really hated my current automatic litter box, so I was honestly excited to try this one—and it’s been a noticeable upgrade in day-to-day use. The biggest difference I’ve seen is how well it handles smaller clumps. My previous unit would often leave things behind or miss bits entirely, which is exactly what frustrated me before, but this one is much more consistent and thorough. My cat took to it immediately and started using it before I even had it fully set up and plugged in, which was such a relief and honestly a great sign that he felt comfortable with it right away. Since he jumped in before I could even take a picture, I ended up snapping one after the first clean cycle so you can see how well it removed the clump. Because it cleans so thoroughly and removes waste quickly, it also does a great job of keeping odors under control, which has made a noticeable difference in the room. The interior feels roomy enough for him to move around comfortably, but I also like that the exterior doesn’t look oversized or clunky, so it blends into my space much better than expected. The step is another feature I really appreciate—it makes it easier and more natural for him to get in and out, especially compared to other enclosed boxes I’ve tried. Setup was straightforward, and connecting it to the app didn’t take long. I like being able to check cycles and control things from my phone without having to constantly think about it. It also runs pretty quietly, which makes a difference since it’s in a common area. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with how much cleaner it keeps things, how easy it is to maintain, and how quickly my cat adjusted to it—and for the price, I honestly feel like it’s a great value for the money. ... show more
