I love dc shoes and all i wear when wearing shorts and when im not wearing boots with jeans. They last a long time even they im probably wearing them longer than i should. I dont skate, just love the fit and looks of them. I dont like tennis shoes or normal shoes.

1 thing is for certain, DC will always make great shoes/sneakers for active persons. Shoes that withstand abuse, can take the elements, can get soaking wet, can be covered in mud .. and you still are comfortable and look good.

I missed the old school skater shoes I used to wear when I was in high school. These brought me back and were super comfy. They're very "poofy" when you first get them unlike a lot of the older skater brands (Airwalks, Vans) nowadays that have changed to a thinner, less poofy style. I will say that if you're not used to the "overstuffed" shoes, you may want to go up a size so the tongue isn't putting pressure on the top of your foot. Also, the laces seem a bit short and difficult to tie, but that goes along with the poofiness, I think. Still, they're very comfy, well-made shoes. ... show more
