Whoever designed this automatic litter box clearly didn’t think through the user experience. The litter box swings while the cat is trying to use it. That's right, a swinging litter box. I can’t imagine trying to use a toilet that moves while I’m doing my business, and it’s unreasonable to expect a cat to be comfortable with that either. Instead of making things easier, this makes the litter box useless and more stressful for my pets. I’ll be returning this product because it adds no value to my cat care setup and actually makes the experience worse. This feels like the kind of design flaw that should have been caught during product testing before it was released to the public.

It's a great machine but I had to return it because 1 of my 3 cats can't stop scooping out all the litter. He's my problem child. The rest of the cats used it no problem. If not for him, we'd keep it. It was quiet and did it's thing. It was also easy to clean up!

I've had this automatic litter box for a week now with my two cats. The cleaning cycle starts about 30 seconds after each cat leaves – the rake sweeps clumps into the sealed waste drawer. I open the app to check usage history; it logs each visit with timestamps. The open-top design lets my shy cat see around her, so she didn't hesitate to use it. The safety sensors stopped the cycle once when my other cat stuck her head in mid-clean – no contact, just paused and resumed after she moved. The 10L waste drawer held about eight days of waste for two cats before the app alerted me to empty it. No odor escaped during that time; the sealed drawer traps smell effectively. Setup took about 15 minutes – attach the basket, plug in, connect to 2.4G WiFi via the app. The machine has a slight whirring sound during cleaning, quieter than my robot vacuum. The litter scatter guard catches most, just a few tracks out. The convenience outweighs the occasional manual cleanup The sleep mode prevents overnight cycles, which I appreciate. All in all, it totally delivers and is absolutely worth the money！

Update: kitten mode messes with the cleaning. Disabled it and the app seems to be working as intended. Got info on one of my cats being in there and the clump delay timer activated. Will keep an eye to see if it keeps working as intended. Still doesn't trap odor though. I can smell their waste. Trying to find work arounds for that. My cats also leave the litterbox quite messy so clumps of litter keep getting stuck at odd places. Assembling it was easy and came with clear instructions. The size is okay for my cats but any large cats like a Maine coon will not fit. Easy to clean since it also has a washable liner where you put the litter. It's easy to remove. Here are the downsides. It doesn't trap the smell of their waste. I feel like the smell actually leaks out. I use baking soda and stuck frebeze air fresheners on the outside of the litterbox but it can only do so much. One side of the attachments that's suppose to lock the gear of the litterbox is flimsy so I had to use putty to keep it in place or else it can easily unlock. When my cats step at the entrance of it, it kinda sways a bit which startles them a bit and makes them hesitate in going in. Entrance is too high so I had to purchase a step stool for them to get in. My cats have also scratched the stick-on liners that make it leakproof. So I'll end up having to make another purchase. Issues with their app. It tells me that my cats have used the litterbox 0 times when in fact they use it multiple times a day. It doesn't autoclean even though that's enabled so I have to make it clean via the app or on the litterbox itself. It doesn't tell me when the waste bin is full so I have to keep an eye on it. When I make it clean, it sometimes thinks there's a cat inside when it's just their waste being slightly heavy and it stops cleaning. I have to keep fighting for it resume by recalculating the weight then cancelling and switching it back to clean. I'm only keeping it cause it'll be a hassle to return. It also does save me the trouble of scooping their litterbox multiple times a day. Oh and my cats are scaredy-cats so in order for them to use it, I had to remove their other litterboxes or else they wouldn't have attempted to use it at all. They're still scared of it whenever it moves but will use it after they realize it won't move when they're gonna use it. I usually wait for them to be far enough to activate the cleaning function or if they're out the room.
