The suitcase was a wonder I took it with me to Portugal and used it a long mini cobble Street roads and up and down stairs and was worried at one point because my hands were full and I couldn't pick the suitcase up so I had to drag it down the stairs but it did not break the wheels. I like the firm exterior. It held up well. It’s so easy to roll. I’m a small person and manipulating around in a crowded airport was easy. The inside surprised me. There was an extra snap in piece on one side with zippered compartments. Excellent for toiletries as it can be removed and hung up. We usually travel with separate bags. I chose this carry-on for a two specific reasons. First reason- I wanted a rounded luggage handle so my personal item bag would not get snagged on it when I lifted it off the carry-on. Second reason-I was looking for a compression pad on one side of the luggage. This bag was what I was looking for. Why only a 4 star? On the handle side of the luggage ( when open) you do loose some interior space on that side from the way the luggage is built on the side cage of the luggage. The luggage is a beautiful color and sheen and the grooves will help it to cover and prevent scratches. It is good quality lightweight and the wheels are smooth, roll well and is easy to use and push around. . I look forward to using it on my next trip. I would text this 👍 ... show more
