I absolutely love having this self-cleaning litter box it has genuinely made caring for my cat so much easier. I was looking into the reviews of this automatic litter box, however there were only reviews of the liners so I hope this will give an insight to the litter box Pros: * easy to assemble * easy to use, the buttons on the litter box is pretty straight forward and the app is very easy as well to pair with my phone * easy to disassemble to clean * quieter than I expected Cons: * there’s a bit of a “knocking” sound when it rotates after dropping the clumped litter into the bottom compartment (I don’t know if my litter that I put in is too heavy, but I tested it before and actually put it to the max line as it told me but in my opinion, it’s too little of an amount for my cat, at least so I put a bit more than it instructed) * I don’t like that there’s isn’t a timing feature that turns off the inner and button lights of the litter box, I have to manually turn it off / adjust it within the app itself * If the clumped litter is somewhat fresh, when the cleaning function comes on, it gets stuck at the grove before it drops into the lower compartment unfortunately, so perhaps I need to set the delay after my cat uses it to longer so it has time to dry up before cleaning (so maybe it’s just a user issue haha) * The lining that holds the litter is not the material I expected, not in a bad way but I thought it be silicone for better cleaning but it’s sewn cloth that’s removable, since all cats bury their business, my cat’s nails sometimes catches on the threads, I’m afraid in the long run the threads will come loose But that’s pretty much it, I’ll definitely come back if I find any thing else! *UPDATE: The first litter box I bought back in September is working like a dream! It is currently December (as of this update)! I bought another one this month to accommodate another cat I adopted but since I live elsewhere, seeing that the first litter box worked so well, I bought one for my place! But this shipment really caused me a bit of trouble: Problems: * Some broken pieces were being found when opening and assembly (which isn’t a good sign) definitely had to super glue some of the pieces together * the front panel was not flushed into the plastic and I had to really pry open the plastic to tuck it back in. BUT then! When snapping the plastic back into itself, the wire of the panel somehow stuck itself through the gap of the panel and was poking out, which got totally stuck!! It took me awhile to tuck the wire back in with lots of effort and anxiety because I didn’t want to strip the protective covering rendering the panel or even the whole litter box dysfunctional! So now the plastic is a bit frayed from the “crowbarring” but in the end it turns on good and rotates well! ... show more

    • Is amazing for two weeks then starts to falter and it’s broken

Worked amazing for the first two weeks. Then poop get kept getting stuck, and I had to keep cleaning it out and wiping the whole thing down inside. Then I would see that it would randomly be stuck in the open position or it would stop being automatic and I would have to do it manually and then I’d come back and it would be stuck in the open position again. Definitely avoid. It was too bad because I was in love with it for the first two weeks but now it’s a very expensive piece of trash. ... show more

This is a nicer quality product than the 2 other products I got from another company. I bought a similar design litterbox so I was hesitant because I had problems with the similar design. But seeing it was from a different company I tried them. So far it’s great! Price was great and the quality definitely was better. This automatic self cleaning litter box has honestly made our life so much easier. We don’t have to scoop the litter box anymore, and it keeps everything clean without any effort from us. The app control is super easy to use, and the safety sensors make me feel good knowing it’s safe for our cat. It’s very quiet, the tray is washable, and the extra large size gives plenty of space.
