I absolutely love this!! Super easy to put together, it comes with a small smell good smelly thing in the shape of a cat head and its really nice and a matt for her to step onto and catch any loose litter!! My friend has one(in her living room) and I never smell any nasties! And I'm there M-F. I got a cat and went for it myself. I'm very happy with this purchase!!! I set my app to clean it automatically after 1 minute of her finishing. It weighs her, tells me how much she uses it and when the device itself it offline. Definitely worth the money!!

Works perfectly with my CATLINK automatic litter box. Looks just like the image. I can easily clean out the litter from it. It does a decent job of catching litter, but I still use a mat underneath. It’s really stable too. I think overall it’s helped my cats actually consistently use the CATLINK litter box because it helps them reach up there and feel more sturdy.

It’s okay but it keeps giving errors therefor not self cleaning. And it’s not user error we have over checked everything but it’s always saying drum not installed properly but this is after it’s been used it’s not like we installed it tried running it and immediately it says it’s installed incorrectly. I’m not sure if it’s just jumping off tracks or what but it does it at least once a week. It also says waste bin anti punch triggered even more than once a week and we have deep cleaned it to make sure no sensors are dirty. We’re about to leave for two weeks and I’m worried that it’s going to keep giving us issues while we’re gone and the cats won’t be able to use it. Very frustrating Update two months later: still having errors and it’s more frequent now. Saying the drum isn’t installed and the lid that has the cat ears on it pops off without even pushing on the side tabs. It’s done that since day one. Very frustrated and wanting to return it but we’re past the date apparently so we’re just out of pocket for this Piece of junk.

My friend, a long-time cat parent, recommended this automatic litter box to me. She spoke very highly of its practical design and great value for money. Taking her suggestion, I ordered it right away. I quickly realized I dived into a whole new world of smart pet gadgets, and had no idea how well-designed and user-friendly this one would be. The packaging was incredibly robust; it was packed so tightly and securely that it could’ve easily survived rough shipping handling with zero damage. I followed the clear step-by-step instructions for setup, then tried to get my two stubborn 14-pound kitties used to this new device. The manual offers practical transition tips for cats switching from traditional litter boxes. It took them a day or two to adapt, but it quickly became obvious that this was an amazing purchase. The phone app makes tracking and maintenance incredibly simple. Most importantly, my picky kitties love their new litter box and get used to it so fast. It’s the perfect win-win for both pet parents and fur babies! The customer service is PERFECT. High-end brands are famous for setting gold-standard customer service, but this pet brand is absolutely competing at that same premium level. Total game-changer!

I was looking into the reviews of this automatic litter box, however there were only reviews of the liners so I hope this will give an insight to the litter box Pros: * easy to assemble * easy to use, the buttons on the litter box is pretty straight forward and the app is very easy as well to pair with my phone * easy to disassemble to clean * quieter than I expected Cons: * there’s a bit of a “knocking” sound when it rotates after dropping the clumped litter into the bottom compartment (I don’t know if my litter that I put in is too heavy, but I tested it before and actually put it to the max line as it told me but in my opinion, it’s too little of an amount for my cat, at least so I put a bit more than it instructed) * I don’t like that there’s isn’t a timing feature that turns off the inner and button lights of the litter box, I have to manually turn it off / adjust it within the app itself * If the clumped litter is somewhat fresh, when the cleaning function comes on, it gets stuck at the grove before it drops into the lower compartment unfortunately, so perhaps I need to set the delay after my cat uses it to longer so it has time to dry up before cleaning (so maybe it’s just a user issue haha) * The lining that holds the litter is not the material I expected, not in a bad way but I thought it be silicone for better cleaning but it’s sewn cloth that’s removable, since all cats bury their business, my cat’s nails sometimes catches on the threads, I’m afraid in the long run the threads will come loose But that’s pretty much it, I’ll definitely come back if I find any thing else! *UPDATE: The first litter box I bought back in September is working like a dream! It is currently December (as of this update)! I bought another one this month to accommodate another cat I adopted but since I live elsewhere, seeing that the first litter box worked so well, I bought one for my place! But this shipment really caused me a bit of trouble: Problems: * Some broken pieces were being found when opening and assembly (which isn’t a good sign) definitely had to super glue some of the pieces together * the front panel was not flushed into the plastic and I had to really pry open the plastic to tuck it back in. BUT then! When snapping the plastic back into itself, the wire of the panel somehow stuck itself through the gap of the panel and was poking out, which got totally stuck!! It took me awhile to tuck the wire back in with lots of effort and anxiety because I didn’t want to strip the protective covering rendering the panel or even the whole litter box dysfunctional! So now the plastic is a bit frayed from the “crowbarring” but in the end it turns on good and rotates well!

This thing is fantastic. One thing I really noticed is there’s no litter outside the box. I have two larger cats and two small cats and everyone is able to use the box without a problem so the size is perfect. You can hear a little bit when it dumps, but it’s not annoying. It was also very easy to put together. I would highly recommend this litter box.
