I have always been apprehensive about buying a litter robot due to how many different things I’d hear about them. I didn’t want to fork over $600~$800 for a litter box when to me that price is ridiculous. Had been searching around for a while and came across this one. It checked off all the boxes of features I deemed necessary and nothing that I considered seriously unnecessary. Took about a week to arrive but wasn’t a big deal. Took maybe an hour from start to finish assembling and rearranging a spot for it to stay. Had to look back on the info manual a few times to understand how some of the app features worked but after some trial and error it was simple. I was frustrated at first since it wasn’t auto cycling after my cats used it. After further investigation I found out it was due to it being on carpet and the gravity sensors not activating. I was able to solve the problem by using an old tray from my gerbil cage to place under it for a more flat surface for it to sit on and it started working properly after adding that and resetting the litterbox. Guess my carpet was just a bit too cushy for it as some have reported it working on thinner carpets. After using it for a week now I have to say, it has been a massive game changer for me and my 5 cats!! I have been using top entry boxes for a few years now and using a large litter genie to dispose of the waste. It works but it was a bit tedious and time consuming to do 1-2 times a day and then the roll running out just enough to where I had to throw some good bag away. I love how simple it is to change the litter bags out of this robot collection container. It coming with 2 rolls of bags and an odor pac is also a very nice addition to the purchase to help get you started! Only takes about 20 seconds to change the bag out which is so nice! My cats also don’t track nearly as much litter all over the floor as they did with the old boxes, saving me from vacuuming more. I ended up switching to a lighter litter since my other litter did tend to stick a little due to it’s higher clay content. I now use Tidy cats free n clean and it works wonderfully with this box! No smells from the litter nor the clumps sitting in the bin! Spot cleaning is very simple. I just take some vinegar water and papertowel to it to give it a wipe down and that’s about it. The brush it comes with works great for removing any leftover “crumbs” that may be lingering. Haven’t needed to take the drum out for a deep clean yet since it’s only been a week. Also did I mention that it is SUPER quiet?! You can’t hear it run unless you are standing about 3-4 feet away. I only ever sometimes hear the clumps emptying/dropping into the bin while cycling. None of my cats get scared while it cycles, if anything, they enjoying watching it go lol. Overall this litter robot has been a valuable and wonderful purchase to add to my home. So much so, I am ordering a second one so my cats have another box to use besides just one. If you’re looking for a simple to assemble fair priced litter robot, I can stand by this one with confidence! Hoping it will last for many years to come!

A great litter box, so good we bought another one. The size is perfect yet doesn't take up a lot of space in the room. It's very quiet and hardly noticeable when it's cleaning especially compared to others we have or have owned in the past. The appearance is nice, box is easy to empty, and bowl itself is easy to clean/wipe down and the four legs make it very stable. When on a hard floor it's the best. On carpet it is still stable but the sensors in the bottom of the leg are sensitive and it could tend to take weight off and cause it to fault. However, I created wood coasters and routed out the centers to set the legs in and haven't had a problem since. But again that is on carpet, no issues on a hard floor. Definitely recommend this litter box

This is my first automatic litter box since about 20 years ago when my parents bought one of the first ones out there. I am always skeptical and do a lot of research first, especially when it shows for a good price. I don't know about you, but I will never be able to afford a $700 automatic litter box. This was very easy to setup from the box, install the app, and start using. Just make sure your phone when setting it up is on the 2.4 ghz wifi since that is what the app is going to use to pair to the box. I was able to switch it back to my 5ghz after pairing and I can see all the functions of the litter box still in the app. It shows how much to keep the litter at with a Max and Min level, and it doesn't waste the litter like my kids when they are scooping the other boxes we have. At first, I kept the function on manual so my cats could get used to just going in it without it moving, but after a few days, I turned it on automatic through the app, and it definitely helps keep the litter clean and smelling better too. It is super quiet, except for maybe the chunks of litter falling into the bin, but I don't notice that at all. It also has the anti-pinch function as well, which is a great safety feature. My cat just wanted to look at it while it was cleaning, and as soon as it noticed a weight difference while it was cleaning, it immediately stopped. I don't worry about my cats getting trapped in this like some others talk about with other brands. All in all, beside knowing how long this might last with proper maintenance, it is by far doing it's job well and for a great price. Thoroughly recommend!!!!

I have 2 cats, one is 9 pounds the other is 19 pounds. I really wanted this to work for both of them, but we finally had to break out the old litter box for our oversized kitty because she just wouldn't use this one. I guess she's too big for it. She's shown in the picture on the first day I got this, but ever since then she hasn't wanted anything to do with it. Anyway, for the smaller cat that will use it, it has made my life so much easier. I no longer have to scoop litter twice a day. This box only needs to be emptied about once a week with only 1 cat using it. And emptying it is so quick and easy! It seems to contain the smell really well too, I hardly ever notice any odor. The app is really nice to have. I'm very happy I purchased this, I just wish my big cat would use it.

Besides my cats being terrified of it I loved the litter box for the small time I got to use it. I love that you can set the delayed cleaning time. My cats like to hang around and “bury” after going to the bathroom. I sadly had to return it though cause my cats were scared of it. They are used to a flat litter box and I think it being so tall and round and made noise - it spooked them one time and that’s all it took. I would recommend introducing it for a couple days unplugged. Then once they get used to it - plug it in so it auto cleans.
