Received the hearing aides a week ago. Pros: easy to setup, crystal clear hearing, work as well as my previous clinic hearing aides costing $6.5k with new ones to replace the 8 year old ones we’re going to be $7k, much less whistling, the provided domes allowed me to find ones that created a great fit, appreciate the adjustable hearing features so I could fine tune the hearing tone that I wanted, allowed me to enter the results of my hearing test from the clinic to create a better match for my hearing loss, long charging life is great for long days. Cons: not sure how to purchase the correct wax guards to fit these hearing sides and unfortunately customer service did not provide the correct solution, also concerned how to acquire domes in the future when the supplied ones need replacing, and something that may be just me but I don’t like the hearing aides repeatedly saying “disconnected “ then in a few seconds saying “connected” repeatedly when I am out of range from my cell phone. Be nice (and maybe there is) to have a button to shut this off when you will not have your cell phone in your immediate possession. Overall I really like these hearing aides and recommend them for anyone who is looking for a quality hearing device. If you are considering them just buy them and give them a try. Far better than my previous hearing aids purchased from a clinic, and at a fraction of the cost. The bluetooth connection is much better, and the ability to perform your own hearing exam for hearing aid adjustments is fantastic.

Works as good as my expensive hearing aids. Haven't checked noisy. I tested them in a noisy environment, 200 people at a wedding reception. The results were amazing. The total background noise was reduced to 0 and I could clearly hear people in my near environment.

I have been wearing hearing aids for 15 years. Last year I switched from expensive prescription aids to the most expensive otc ones. Still a huge savings. I was pleased that they worked so well. I left them on vacation and decided to get these as a backup until I could retrieve them. These used a simple app based hearing test to program them. With a little jiggering of mode, volume and rubber domes, I was able to get these to work as well as the more expensive ones. The base volume here is loud.
