It does amplify sound, but my ear canals are very small, and it is not comfortable for me to wear. Also, I get feedback sound shrill when putting it in at lowest setting. I still have the ringing in my ears from tinnitus it does not make it fade into the background, disappointing for me.

I couldn’t get them to fit in my ears—-even the smallest one didn’t fit. I’m very petite; kid-size. They weren’t comfortable.

2 Weeks after receiving, the left ear stopped working completely and would not charge at all. Did amplify (when it worked), but sound was harsh - restaurants were awful and I removed them. A complete waste of $100! Recommend looking at a different brand,

Experienced a lot of feedback, hearing aid wouldn't stay secure in ear, kept falling out when bending over and fell out when getting out of the car going into local supermarket.
