Completely unusable. They screech when they come close to an ear and don’t stop. The feedback is constant and loud- it can be heard all through the house. Followed the directions to reduce feedback and nothing helps. Absolute garbage.

I gave these a try. While I was a bit impressed at first with the quality of sound, there were a few problems that persisted. I even exchanged them for a 2nd pair to see if that would resolve my problems. First of all, I noticed an intermittent persistent hum. No matter how I positioned them in my ear or which ear cones I used, the problem persisted. It got irritating after awhile. The other issue I had was the some of the sounds that were amplified. The sound quality is so clear that I could hear my spouse in the other room talking on the phone and I could even hear the voice of the other person on the phone. By the way, the hearing aides were on the lowest volume. I bought these hoping to help me with my main problem, hearing people CLOSE to me talking, and not being interrupted from the surrounding voices and background sounds. I was at a party the other night, and I had to take them out when I was in a small group of 4 guys talking. I couldn't really hear them clearly because the hearing aide was so good at amplifying the other people in the room. I'm going to look for another hearing aide that 1, does not have an intermittent hum, and 2 reduces the background ambience noise so that I can better distinguish the closer conversation, perhaps with some form of noice cancellation.

One just screches the other does not work at all need to return them this is totaly unexeptable

These work OK. I can only use the lowest volume because I get feedback at higher levels. I may need to try a different size cover. Better than my own ears!

I like that I can hear better with little to no feedback. If I get feedback I just reposition and it’s gone. I have had hearing aids that cost 10 times as much that picked up more background noise than these. The clarity is amazing. The Atom was great as well but too big for my ear canal. The Atom 2 is smaller and fits better. I hope in the future they come up with an even smaller one. Overall, they are amazing.
