  • Good stove.
Stove came with excellent installation instruction. Stove is very efficient has a long burn time and easy to remove ashes. It is a little difficult to start a fire but once a small fire is built it readily takes off to a good flame.

  • Highly recommend this wood stove!
We bought this for our new cabin and it was a perfect fit. Easy to assemble and install. We specifically wanted it for the glass front door and being able to view a wonderful fire scene. Would recommend this stove!

  • Not bad! Soso
I’ve been using this product for about a month, and overall it’s okay, but I don’t think it’s a very good stove. The firebox isn’t very spacious, so you can’t place the wood freely in different directions. Also, when putting wood in, the smoke comes out into the room.

  • Toasty on very cold days
Stove burns season wood great, very efficient, once box is hot it keeps the chill away. I have it temporarily set up in cabin off the grid for heat, warm a 1000 sq ft 3 bedroom cabin well while still under construction, walls insulated but ceiling is not, stove still keeps the place warm. Problem is when you cut the air back it allows creosote to to build or run down stove pipe, must let it burn open. I think it because all the EAP requirement, not like the old wood stoves. Seems that to make it be less on pollution it makes it more dangerous for flu fires, in turn makes more pollution, stupid. ... show more

  • Worst wood stove EVER
I am leaving a bad review as a life long wood burning person. I have had a wood stove since I can remember. So don't give me any comments about not knowing what I'm doing. I have even cut down trees and hauled my own wood. 1st it does not heat a home of 2000sq'. My house is 1995sq'. I have to plug in an electric heater in different rooms if I want to stay warm. 2nd it is not easy to start or keep a fire going. I know how to start a fire in a wood stove. I have even used some boyscout juice and it still won't light. 3rd it doesn't hold enough wood to get through the night. And a 21" log???? Please not even 4th and most IMPORTANTLY WHEN YOU OPEN THE DOOR TO PUT IN MORE WOOD HOT LOGS OR COALS WILL FALL OUT!!! I almost had a logs fall on me this morning. Good thing I opened the door carefully!! If I get burnt or my new floors and rug get ruined I will sue this company. Horrible design!! Oh and trying to get a refund is ridiculous. Called the company and got a recording that they were closed, WHAT? I live in central time and they were closed at 4PM??? So wish me luck to get my money back. ... show more

  • Love this HE stove
The first review I did for our Ashley stove- not this exact one but close-:was one star. That was before we realized we had the wrong chimney cap that built up with creasote and we couldn't build a fire that didn't poor smoke into the room or just didn't stay burning because of little draft. When we cleaned the chimney and put the right cap on and learned how to burn properly in this high efficiency stove, it's been wonderful. It keeps our 700 sqft yurt toasty warm. ... show more
