    • Nice Product - Owners Manual could use some help.
Working good so far, really like it! The manual is vague in spots where I really needed help understanding some operational points. But, I am new to this type of heating source, so maybe it's me?

Made really well, looks beautiful and keeps the area warm, love the set the temp so it does not get hot, and regulates to keep the area at the same temp. Had a small problem with the igniter and customer service was amazing, overnighted the part.

The stove seems to work and arrived in great shape. I will follow up this winter with more review. With that said, you cannot connect your phone per the instructions. The QR code for iPhone does not work, and it neither do searches of the App Store (per instructions). The app no longer exists (see picture) ChatGPT gave me some instructions, and the stove did connect to the Smart Life App: (From ChatGPT - This is the most reliable workaround. Download the highly rated, generic Smart Life app from your app store. The Wi-Fi chip inside Cleveland Iron Works stoves uses a universal Tuya smart-home platform). Yes, this app will connect, but they want $49.99 a year to use the app. ... show more

    • Error Code and Not good Heat supply
I bought the item based on good reviews. After i set it up and stated using, I already get an E6 error when on the P1 setting which is the hottest. With temperatures currently in the Negatives here, we needed this to work on P1 Settings. It shut off multiple times in the middle of the night and during the day with the error codes. I did some research and it appears to be a common issue and company has NO SOLUTION to this issue. Other issue is you have multiple settings P1-P6 with each being able to adjust the Fan settings S and F. Its so confusing trying to set these properly to get the stove hot enough on the lower settings of P2-P4. Nearly impossible to get it hot. ... show more

Just 1 yr and 3 weeks after buying this pellet stove. I have problems. Evidently my stove came without 2 vital bolts to the auger. Pellets are coming out of the auger part inside my stove. Only noticed cuz the pellets started rolling out of the bottom of my stove. Called and they are sending me the bolts and directions to fix the auger. Not a technician. Now after cleaning it for pictures to the tech. A red light started flashing on the inside of the control panel. Then the control panel went dark. So I am sitting here in January with no heat. I would like to return the stove and get a new one or my money back. But I can't. Never buy from Cleveland iron works on Amazon. ... show more

I wasn't sure if I was gonna like a pellet stove now.I'm sure I love this thing for the last 3 winters.It has done me right. It's easy to use easy to clean and my dislikes are about two percent and my likes are about ninety eight percen. I wished the read out panel was a little larger. And I wish it didn't have to cool all the way down to restart.. But I have a 1000 square foot home All solar, and on low, It will burn all night long. Keep the house warm and on hi. It will keep this house warm down into the low teens. If I burn on low I can get a bag of pellets to last twenty 42 twenty six hours. If I don't turn it on until 4:30 or 5 in the morning when I get up and then run it until about 9 or 10 in the morning. I can usually get 3 or 4 days out of a bag.After hitting with wood chopping wood, buying cords of wood, cleaning out masloads of Ashes. This thing is a charm. I am very, very happy with it. Although a tip to the wise. If you do get one of these clean the little metal box out every day. It's not hard have a ash can nearby and just dump the Ashes in it. It does not make many, but it likes to be empty. ... show more
