There were three models of stoves mentioned in the user manual that came with our stove, but accessing the monitor to set up the WiFi on our model was not stated in the manual. We had to do many Google searches to figure out how to do this. It wasn’t even mentioned in the Cleveland Iron Works website. FYI, to whoever is reading this, you have to remove the panel on the right side of the PS60W model stove to access the WiFi setting button in order to set the WiFi. ... show more

Just 1 yr and 3 weeks after buying this pellet stove. I have problems. Evidently my stove came without 2 vital bolts to the auger. Pellets are coming out of the auger part inside my stove. Only noticed cuz the pellets started rolling out of the bottom of my stove. Called and they are sending me the bolts and directions to fix the auger. Not a technician. Now after cleaning it for pictures to the tech. A red light started flashing on the inside of the control panel. Then the control panel went dark. So I am sitting here in January with no heat. I would like to return the stove and get a new one or my money back. But I can't. Never buy from Cleveland iron works on Amazon. ... show more

What a great stove. I was shopping for a pellet stove that will heat my 3 season room but not cook us out of the room. This is just the right size considering it's adjust ability. My room is 15 x25 and has 2x doors leading into the main house (3800 Sq ft) heated by the gas furnace. I even leave the 2x doors open to supplement the rest of the house. Make sure you save the trouble and buy the duravent 3 inch pvl pellet vent kit and take your time installing. Of course follow the clearance instructions. My concern was the windows, but they are permanently closed. WiFi Set Up - remove the two screws holding the right panel on and it wall swing open like a door. Look behind it and you will see the button and light on the back of the control panel. 100% recommended!! ... show more
