    • Whole home audio is life changing.
It's a four-pack of Sonos speakers. You likely aren't looking at a four-pack if you don't already know the quality of Sonos products. I have these four spread through my house. Dining Room, Kitchen, Bedroom, Office (the living room is serviced by a Beam Gen 2 and Sub-mini). Having whole home audio is one of the great quality of life improvements I have made. ... show more

    • Buy from another vendor if possible. Would not refund & sent a defective product.
I ordered a set of 4 Sonos speakers from this vendor. 3 of them work great, one of them had issues. The speakers were sent in 4 separate boxes, I returned the defective speaker in one of the 4 boxes, but not the exact box it was sent to me in. They are now claiming the serial number doesn't match my order because I sent it back in one of the other 4 boxes to get out of a refund (meanwhile they 100% have to have record it is one of the serial numbers matching my order). They are now telling me I can pay to send it back to myself to claim it with sonos... ... show more

    • Might just be worth the money!
So I bought 4 of these speakers and I have to admit they sound great. But they should for that kind of money. So Sonos is more than speakers, however I do not need any of the other products they provide. The one thing you need to know is that they do not work with range extenders. I found that out the hard way, wasted a couple of hours trying to get them to work unsuccessfully. The good news is the support person I talked to was aware of this and after a few questions had diagnosed the problem. Once that problem was out of the way setup was a piece of cake. Again, the sound is full and rich and does not distort at high volume. Very pleased. ... show more

    • AMAZING sound in every room!
So cool to have a whole home surround system playing as you walk throughout the house. I love that each speaker volume can be independently changed through the mobile app. That way, I can turn it up in a room that I am working in and allow the others to play at a lower volume. I also never get out of hearing range of my favorite songs. ... show more

    • Fantastic hardware hobbled by software
It's so sad to see a company go so astray. The speakers themselves sound amazing. I have 6 speakers in a restaurant setting and being able to control the volume is something basic that I didn't even think of. Unfortunately Sonos architecture doesn't play well with streaming services especially when playlists are involved. I spend so much time changing volume because there is no normalization even when the services like Spotify offers it. To make matters worse, the app update with cloud based architecture has introduced such terrible lag that the volume control slider doesn't respond and jumps back all over the place. I am already looking for alternatives as the setup has become practically unusable. ... show more

    • Multi room
I absolutely love the multi room feature! Set up was very easy with the sono app. The only bit of difficulty I had was getting it to find my wifi but it eventually did. Sound quality is great and volume is more than what I need and perfect for parties!

    • Good luck trying to get it to connect
I'm not a tech wizard, but not incompetent either. Unable to get any of 4 new speakers to show up in the app. and be useful except when hooked up by ethernet cable. If I wanted a wired system I would have bought one. It's not the wifi network either because my other devices (laptop etc.) all work at much longer distances than where I have the speakers set up. Went through the process 3 times. One of which was a complete factory reset of all speakers followed by wired software upgrades. Absolute garbage. ... show more
