We love this thing, it works like a beast, easy to set up, large hopper which can hold up to 3 bags of pellets, reducing frequent refills. I like how easy it is to navigate the main board and connect it to WiFi to set in)off on my phone. The pellet stove puts out the right temperature as set without overheating, which we had that issue with our last pellet stove. The heat remains consistent. In addition, the screen is always clear and doesn't get a lot of buildup like our previous stove gets which we had to constantly clean. Easy to install, very simple to operate and clean. I am pleasantly surprised with the performance of this stove. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning reading reviews and my son recommended another brand but the reviews were not any different. That stove was not available in the store and the sales rep didn’t give any good feedback on it. I ordered this Cleveland one. Delivery was on time and I liked the option of delivery in the room of my choice. It’s been over two weeks since I received it, I installed it myself, that was easy! I definitely like the remote and definitely the mobile app is very convenient. I can turn it on and off sitting at work or in a different room. Another great thing about the app is that it allows you to program timers which I really like. I have six different timers that turn it on and off throughout the day and night, love it! This saves pellets for sure. My preference was a large hopper so I don’t have to refill it often, great feature. Cleaning is easy, just once a day. So far so good. Let’s see how it goes in future. I hear that pellet stoves need parts replaced more often than wood stoves, we will see. ... show more

    • Great stove but terrible manual
Works so much better than my old one. The man who installed it ran it outdoors on my porch to burn off the oily stuff on the stove. The smell would have been in my house otherwise. Once in and burning, my house warmed up fast. Only complaint is that the manual needs to be rewritten. YouTube was a big help to change time and date ... show more

So far so good with this one. Got about a bag of pellets through it and heat is good, love the app control. The only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars is the condition. Got a little scuffed on delivery, paint rubbed off a little in some areas from the box it was in, but that wasn't the worst of it. They don't heat these things up from the factory, you have to run it on high for 30 min to cure the paint yourself. Well after smoking us out of the house, I'm sure the paint is cured, but it bubbled up is some small spots above the door. After the horror of every smoke alarm going off in the house, it no longer smoked and seams to be in good working order. Hoping to find out what kind of paint was used so I can touch it up. ... show more

    • Control panel is awful
The control panel is so confusing. First time in life I've read an instruction manual and I still don't know how to operate it. They need an instruction video on how to work it. They don't have customer support so unless you went to MIT I would recommend trying another brand. But when I randomly smash buttons enough it eventually works great. Lol update now after a week nothing works!!! Complete piece of crap! ... show more

Overall it works. Has a large capacity hopper for pellets. Worked very well the first season. Except for the fact the eco1 mode never consistently works. Sometimes the stove turns back on but most of the time it didn't. I adjusted the schedule on the panel for all the times to be on and again worked sorta. Eco2 mode works but usually overheats the place, even if u set the temp low. Now moving into the second year it has been a complete disaster. The blower fan for the room failed and almost $300 later it's fixed. Now it just throws errors all the time. No idea why. It's been cleaned and well maintained. When you set a schedule now if the stove is still running when the next scheduled time to turn on arrives it shuts off. You have to constantly watch the app when it's running and you are not there and too much interaction with the whole thing. Not impressed at all and basically was a waste of money. Just waiting for something else to break in it that isn't covered under warranty since all the stuff that is mechanical is only coved for a year. Got through the first full season and worked well. I will disconnect the electric control board and store away from any moisture during off season. Reviews who say hopper doesn't hold 130lb is correct. It holds 115lbs. Still the biggest hopper on the market without buying and extention. 115 lbs is way good enough for me. If you read the operating instructions and learn them the unit works as described. ... show more
