Tips for AroneMon Hearing Aid Domes:Do you want to get the best out of your hearing aid domes? Here are some helpful tips to help you achieve the best result. Select the right size, You can tell whether you have a perfectly fitting domes because it will be comfortable to wear and does not fall out of your ear. There should be a little bit of resistance when you put the receiver in your ear and possibly make a little rustling noise when you’re taking it out to let you know it is there. Replace hearing aid domes every 2-3 months. After this period has expired, silicone products do not cover the auditory canal so tightly, which negatively affects sound amplification. Fortunately, silicone tips are inexpensive, so periodic replacement won’t hit your budget. Take your time when removing the receiver from the ear canal. If you do this too quickly and carelessly, the dome may get stuck inside. Do not use old hearing aid domes with new devices. Silicone products must be selected individually for each device, to minimize the risk of getting stuck in the ear canal.

I've been using large size vented domes in my Resound RIC hearing aids. Lately they've been slipping out. I was hoping that this design would stay seated better and the assorted sizes would help find the best fit. The first thing I noticed was how much larger these things are. The medium wouldn't fit in my ears. Even the small is a bit larger than the large-sized vented domes I've been using. However, they did fit and stay in far better. Also, the lack of any vent seals out ambient noise and leaves all the sound generation to my hearing aids. That results in much clear sounds. Like the look of them. Fit well on my Widex Evoke hearing aids. These sealed off like earplugs would. Wore them for two weeks and I just can’t get comfortable with that earplug sensation.

I took a chance in buying this. The price was low enough so if they didn’t work,I hadn’t spent much. I didn’t know what size I needed; the package has three sizes, six domes in all. I was able to take off the too-small dome and put on a larger one. It works great! Domes can last a long time but I’ll buy it again. Now that I know how to change the domes and wax tips, I save going to the hearing aid specialist. Thanks ... show more

I love this set with 3 different sizes! The seller kindly launched this mixed package for trial. Like me, I don't know what my canal size is. But after tried this set, I realize I need the small size. I know it's hard to find the suitable dome kits online. You need to make sure the type and size of the domes could work on the model of your hearing aids... I used to do this 2 years ago. Before I opened the package that also shipped from Amazon, it was just like a Schrodinger's cat to me. I didn't know if it was "live" or "dead" to my Resound device. Unfortunately, they could not match. I was so upset. Then I keep purchasing from my audiologist. In the end of 2021, I suddenly wanted to give myself another chance. Then I found plenty new types on Amazon. After doing a lot of comparisons, I finally decided to try this product. Fortunately it worked! I just want to save some money during this tough time. And it is MUCH cheaper than the one from my audiologist! What a present surprise! ... show more
