Great product, discounted compared to apple's retail so win-win. Only disappointing thing is I couldn't have it delivered to Whole Foods when I included applecare. The algorithm doesn't allow it because applecare is considered something sold by a different vendor than Amazon. Customer support frustratingly took half an hour of my time and couldn't figure out a workaround so I had to order it without applecare and purchase that after the fact. Annoying, but the security of having it delivered somewhere that I knew it wouldn't be stolen from my porch or having to wait around all day to give a Code was worth it. I love this iPad. I have an iPad 9, 64 GB and iPad 10 256GB. This iPad Air with the M3 chip is very smooth to operate and has a very clear and sharp image. I recommend this to anyone that wants to upgrade. However, it does function in a very similar fashion the the iPad 10 256 GB. I would recommend this to a first time purchaser or if you want to upgrade. I was not happy with the delivery person. He tossed it on my porch. This is why I took off one star. I saw this on my Ring camera. I am very unhappy that he tossed a $550.00 electronic device. I contacted Amazon. They assured me that they would make good on the iPad if I was not satisfied for any reason. I would not have expected a delivery person to toss anything. ... show more

This is the smaller iPad Air. I was tired of carrying around the heavier 12.9” 2015 iPad Pro and this iPad with the 11” screen is very clear and much lighter. I also really like the speed of the m3 chip and the AI writing tools that come with it. I use this daily for reading books,email, typing/writing and many more daily activities. I was concerned that the screen was too small but it is so clear and bright I am amazed and the size is perfect for my needs.
