    • Love my ipads... had more than one for years.
This is my second one this size that I have bought. My other one I have loved and unfortunately I cracked the screen on it when I dropped it under my rocker recliner and rocked forward on it.. it STILL works but the screen is cracked. I just wanted another one and this one is a newer version of the same one I bought years ago and damaged. I have SEVERAL ipads and never had any problem with them at all. I have one ipad mini that I've had about 10 years and I still use it but some of the apps were updated and no longer work on the old operating system from 12 years ago.. so I keep it anyway and got me the newer, larger one for daily use. This one is FAST... loads up pages and does operations quickly. I use mine daily and keep it with me most of the time. I have found a lot of different used for my ipad and always been delighted with my purchases. The ipads are absolutely my favorite take with me gadget and ranks right up there with my new phone, but didn't cost as much and it does more!     • Battery wouldn’t charge past 50 percent at 1st
I originally thought that the ipad got was damaged because it wouldn’t charge past 50 percent. I read online that it could be fixed by simply rebooting the ipad. After that my iPad charged up to 100 percent quickly.

This item is absolutely fantastic. You cannot tell that it has ever been used. Why would anyone pay $300 more for this iPad just to have "new" when there isn't any way that I can tell this refurbished item has ever been touched by anyone. I have been in the IT field for 28 years and for this iPad to be classified as "used" must mean that someone actually touched it at some time because I honestly can't see the difference between this one and a factory new item. Of course it's not the "latest" but the cost savings over a new item is so significant that it's a "no brainer" ... show more

This refurbished product only lasted from May 2024 to August 21 2024. Right now it is dead and will not charge. Have had problems with it freezing up. Will NOT buy another refurbished product again. Very disappointed. I would not give it 1 star. But it wouldn’t allow anything else

    • Review everything carefully if it is for a child!!!!!!
PLEASE look at every thing on this iPad before turning it over to your child!!! First off, when I first received this iPad everything was in Chinese, which was not really a big deal, just a tad annoying. I had to go into just about every app and change the language to English. I failed to pull up Safari because honestly I didn’t even see it, I don’t use Safari. Anyway, My 10 yr old son handed me his tablet today saying “see what happens when I search for Naruto Pictures?”. He had Safari pulled up with a list of Hentai Porn sites THANKFULLY in Chinese (no pics were showing, just the list of website names). He luckily didn’t click on any of them. Whoever had the IPad before us apparently did a lot of Searching for porn! When we went through the search history it was absolutely disgusting. We cleared the history and set up parental restrictions. I take full responsibility for not checking the IPad thoroughly enough before turning it over to him. I guess I thought all of that would have been cleared out already (I took it for granted that the description said “like new” and I trusted Amazon). Anyway just be extra careful if you are getting this for someone else, especially a child! ... show more
