I was wary of buying this at first because of some of the older reviews but this was really worth it. It looks brand new and so far its performance is excellent. Update: So I’ve had this for almost a month now and I should be able to give a more in-depth review of this product. 1. It comes with a charger but whenever I use that charger the iPad charges really slowly, I thought it was an issue with the iPad itself but it’s the charger so I just bought another charger for it and it’s working fine now. 2. The battery life is excellent, and I don’t even have to charge it every day. Once it charges to 100% it lasts for the entire day so I charge it like every other day. 3. A lot of people are concerned with this so I know most of you will be happy to know it has the iPadOS 16.1 software update. 4. I bought this in excellent condition and as I stated before there’s no visible damage, there’s a chip at the side but that’s about it. 5. I wish there was more storage as this only comes with 32GB. Hopefully this helps people who are considering whether or not they should get this, but I highly recommend it. ... show more

The iPad is nice. It was able to update to the latest version and i was able to access my Apple ID to link everything to it. The condition of it is fairly good and only had one ding in the corner. It looks basically brand new. It doesn’t seem to die fast but only time will tell. I was able to add my normal apps as well. I purchased this product knowing good and well it's a refurbished ipad for my 6 year old daughter who cracked her new one for the 3rd time. I thought I would try a different route and ordered a "renewed" ipad and it arrived quickly. I set the ipad up quickly (gen 5) and it loaded all of her data. The ipad appeared to be in good shape with minimal scuffs on the corners/edges of the device. However, the problems started once she started using it on the first day. Fully charged at 100% within 3 minutes it was down to 86%. Not long after that it was draining faster and faster - it was at 50% within 20 minutes of use!!! That's when i decided it was not worth it and I wiped out the ipad and put it back in the box and returned it. I should note that the charger that they provided me did not work, but that was the lease of my concerns. I have tons of Apple chargers around my house - the bigger problem is that the device doesn't hold its charge. You get what you pay for! ... show more

Bought in July 2018. I’ve had this iPad for about a week and I love it. I did feel that buying a new piece of the same tech was justified, so I looked for used and refurbished and this was the best value around. 1. It came charged 87% battery so it could be set up right away. It read my iPhone information and was set up in under 10 mins 2. It came in a generic box with adequate protective foam around all side and the screen 3. It came with a generic lightening charge and wall plug, which is the only down side So far I haven’t used it too heavily but the battery is in good working condition and holds a long life for me and it came with out any blemishes; it looks brand new. I’ll update if any issues come up down the line but I’m very satisfied with the value of this product so far. ... show more
