The faster performance allows you to multitask with ease, using iOS 11 features, such as Picture in Picture, Slide Over, and Split View. Also, the iPad Pro is capable of editing 4K video, rendering 3D models/images, creating/editing complex documents and presentations, and playing games. The iPad Pro comes with iOS 11 installed, which features proactive assistance as well as powerful search and improved Siri features, all while protecting your privacy. I ordered this iPad Renewed and had an overall great experience! It was the lowest price I had seen for this model and color so I decided to try it. The only downside is that there is a tiny heat mark (just barely bigger than a pencil tip), and it does not have a new battery. However, to get this refurbished from Apple (which comes with a new battery and screen) I believe it was between $100-$150 more. It’s up to you if you want to spend the extra money, but honestly the renewed one on Amazon is such a good deal... it had no scratches on the screen or back, everything works perfectly, and the battery still lasts plenty of time. It has a 90 warranty as well. I use Procreate and Adobe apps for art and graphic design and it never lags or has problems. Would buy again! ... show more

Buying Apple products refurbished by a third party could be a gamble, but I feel like I won in this case. My 10.5” iPad Pro (Space Gray, 512 gigs of storage), came in a simple, unbranded cardboard box with foam padding and was carefully wrapped. After unwrapping it and examining the casing and screen, I found no scratches, dents or other flaws. After testing the screen for dead pixels, I found it to be perfect as well. Both cameras also operate flawlessly. On the less positive side, the power adapter and charging cord are aftermarket models. Looking at other reviews, this seems to matter to some buyers more than others, but be aware before you decide. Because the warranty is for 90 days instead of Apple’s standard year, I’ll be watching things closely, but so far I am very satisfied with the purchase. I estimate I saved close to $300 by rolling the dice on this item instead of buying one that was brand new. ... show more

I have been budgeting for an iPad for a while now, and just couldn't see to save up enough for a brand new one. I had played with the idea of a refurbished unit but was nervous there would be issues later on. I saw this product listing and all the great reviews, so I decided to take a chance. I was so excited to receive my iPad, but only to be disappointed. It wouldn't charge, turn on or anything. I only tried a refurbished ipad as a trial to see if I would like it. I will never buy a refurbished item again. What a mistake. Never Again!

    • How much would you pay for a working ipad pro with some screen scratches?
The package arrived on schedule. The device was in a brown box and came with the generic charger that I expected (not a big deal considering the price, I have another charger from apple). The casing was clean, no dents or immediately apparent scratches. The screen has a considerable amount of scratches along the black screen border, particularly on the bottom. Additional scratches immediately observed on the usable part of the screen itself were mainly limited to the bottom right quadrant, but only one or two could actually be seen when the display was on. The scratches all were in a curved pattern and seemingly superficial, as if it had been repeatedly buffed improperly maybe with a cloth with something abrasive in it. My ipad pro falls into that "limited" amount of damage category, referred to in the product description and otherwise seems to work well. Again, the scratches barely change the viewing experience and it seems to work like new - charged up quick from 60% when opened. While I'd prefer one with quite a few less scratches on the screen I think the product works well so far and comes at a significantly discounted price. But... if BuySpry feels what I described is unacceptable to their standards I wouldnt complain if they offered a replacement device :) I'll give 3.5 stars for now as I am still a little torn if I should just live with the scratches or not. ... show more
