Great customer service. Had an issue with 1 of the three I purchased. Seller told me not only would he replace the tablet in question, but would extend the warranties for all three items. These are OLDER tablets and you must keep that in mind, however. They will NOT run newer programs/software, and they ARE outdated. We use them for kid's games, older games, younger kids, so it's not much of an issue so far for us. But if you want to run newer, more demanding software, these are not for you. The first tablet I received had pretty poor battery life - around 2 and a half hours of use - not gaming or using audio/video. Since this is even less than the battery life on the 8 year old tablet I already own, I contacted the seller and received an immediate (canned) reply that I was welcome to return it for a full refund, or they would like the opportunity to replace it. I did request a replacement that was supposed to be shipped immediately upon notification that the original had shipped. It was not shipped until I contacted them and asked about it 4 days after it had been signed for. It was then shipped with no problems, but without the promised tracking information. As soon as I opened the package (which did not require any sharp tools to open) I saw a deep scratch right in the middle of the screen. I immediately returned it to its packaging and requested a full refund. I have not had any response whatsoever after 2 messages and 2 weeks. I have reported this seller to Amazon. EDITED TO ADD, the seller allowed me to return the tablet for full refund after contacting Amazon. ... show more

Awesome! Such a great deal. It’s HUGE though, so make sure you really want this one vs the size below it. I had to buy a better charging cube for it, but other than that, it is great. :) Pic because it’s funny 😆 but also shows I use a stand I got on here for $10 and it works perfectly. I originally put a magnet on it to put on my MagSafe phone holder (with a long adjustable arm), but it is too heavy for it, but that’s the only “bad” part. ... show more
