It was a great value for the price. Battery life wasn’t very long until I turned down the brightness. Now it’ll last all day. Takes a long time to charge (didn’t come with a charger or cord) on the regular iPad brick. So I did a little research and found that I needed a 38 watt brick (requires a mini USB to lightening cable because those are the only chargers that’ll put out that much wattage.) Otherwise I’m extremely satisfied with this iPad!!! ... show more

The iPad is working fine thanks to having another charger. The lightning plug on the charging cable sent with the iPad melted within minutes of being plugged in. (See picture.) It came damaged from the back side and very scratched and dented. Sometimes it has backlight issue it will go from really bright and then gives me some dark spots. I only noticed the dark spots because I use my ipad to read books. Other than that it works good mine also came dead so I had to charge for a bit. I inserted my sim card to it and it was working right away so i really liked that. I am not sure if mine is truly apple certified refurbished since mine did not come in like new condition as others described but if the dent in the back caused the front screen to break and someone replaced the screen i guess that mean refurbished.
