I love it. It came in good condition with a good battery, and the large screen is great for easy viewing. Since I can’t get wifi where I live, its cellular capability allows me to look at material on it at home or anywhere I go. It was easy to set up the cellular connection by asking my cell phone carrier to add a SIM card, for which they charge a small monthly fee. I also highly recommend procuring the protective PU leather case that is advertised with it, because that allows it to stand on its own and one can also easily hold it. ... show more

Made a gamble on this purchase. Great price, new item. "Certified Refurbished" Not sure who this refurbishment is certified by, but I am sure it isn't Apple. Came in a brown box with an Apple charger and an Apple lightning cable. The cover on the screen was something for an Android or Windows tablet, and only covered about 75% of the glass. I was pretty worried on opening the package, because I've been ripped off before on an iPad refurb on Amazon before. Had no SIM card, and was charged at 3%. Charged it up, put the SIM in from my Air, and restored from backup. Works great. Screen is flawless, and the back has no scratches or dents. I may have lucked out, or this may be the norm for this company, but I am very pleased with the purchase. ... show more

    • Completely stopped working after 2 weeks. And no help to fix the problem.
The last time I will ever buy refurbished. My iPad worked for 2 weeks and then stopped working completely. A window popped up stating charging accessory not compatible. I then bought an apple charger and still no charge. Reached out to the supplier several times and no help. They responded once asking for information about my iPad, of which I immediately emailed to them, and still no follow up with fixing my iPad. Since it was refurbished I wanted to give them a chance to fix the problem and not just return it. In the end thankfully Amazon was kind enough to allow me to return the iPad. ... show more

Before I bought my iPad Pro from seller, I read the reviews on it. Some had problems and others didn’t. My experience with it, I’ve had no problems at all so far. It charges fully to 100% and works like new. No scratches on the screen. Came with a basic case and charger. It arrived almost a week early. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The iPad is working fine thanks to having another charger. The lightning plug on the charging cable sent with the iPad melted within minutes of being plugged in. (See picture.) It came damaged from the back side and very scratched and dented. Sometimes it has backlight issue it will go from really bright and then gives me some dark spots. I only noticed the dark spots because I use my ipad to read books. Other than that it works good mine also came dead so I had to charge for a bit. I inserted my sim card to it and it was working right away so i really liked that. I am not sure if mine is truly apple certified refurbished since mine did not come in like new condition as others described but if the dent in the back caused the front screen to break and someone replaced the screen i guess that mean refurbished.
