If you thinking about buying this iPad Pro I swear buy it and don’t look back l brought this for my son and he started reading the reviews right after we brought it and he got scared because the reviews were on and off. He also was also doing a lot of research about the iOS it could take. On google it said it would only take iOS 17 but when we got it. It was on iOS 18.3 we later changed this to iOS 26 which worked great especially for it being an iPad from 2018. When he first got the iPad it wasn’t charging but he just had to switch the charger around and boom the iPad was charging. We brought it refurbished- acceptable because it was cheaper but there were only a little bit of color change on the charger port but I promise this was best decision I have made for my son buying wise saved so much money so just buy it I promise u won’t forget it ... show more

I could not set it up to begin with because the voiceover was on. It kept messing up typing on the pad. It is currently working now so I have no complaints currently. We will see how it goes with refurbished items it can go either way. It came with zero charge in it but it did come with an iPad charger! So far I wish I would have known to turn the voice over off sooner and save myself some stress, so if you're having to double or triple tap on your things and it's telling you what you're typing you have to hit the home button three times. Other than that after turning it off the setup is going smoothly I will have updates if it does not go well. ... show more

I bought this iPad for my son when his last regular iPad had issues after 7+ years (it was a hand-me-down from his older sister.) It worked great at first, but about 1 week after the TERRIBLE 90-day refurbished warranty (suspicious timing), the iPad stopped turning on. Nothing shows on the screen, no charging indicator, nothing. We've tried forced restarts, connecting to the PC, triggering Siri, etc. Short of taking it to a repair place and probably being quoted for more than what we paid for it, we've tried everything. STEER CLEAR! Neither the seller nor Amazon are willing to help resolve anything if it conveniently fails right after the 90-day warranty. ... show more
