I've had this iPad for almost 2 years now. Here's what I can say about it Pros: + Plenty of space for what I need (drawing for VNs, taking notes for work, playing the occasional game) + Good pressure sensitivity + All apps seem to work well + Good colors Cons: - Battery lasts maybe 6 hours - Will often mysteriously stop pairing with the Apple Pencil - Sometimes the wifi doesn't work (just have to turn it off and on in the settings tho) Overall, I've loved this purchase. All the cons are not that big a deal for me since they don't make the iPad dysfunctional. It's about what I would expect for getting a refurbished model. ... show more

This is a great value! I have a surface pro and a Lenovo Chromebook so I bought this iPad pretty much just for digital art and the procreate app. I'm pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately I took off one star because like most others it came with a knockoff charger. It does charge the iPad but it is EXTREMELY SLOW! The battery was completely dead upon arrival and I plugged it in and it wouldn't turn on. I was nervous that I had gotten a dud. But it eventually got enough juice to turn on. I had to let it charge for a while before even attempting to set it up. It took hours to fully charge, but... other than the charger it looks and works great. No scratches, screen seems to be fine. I saw some people say that theirs wouldn't turn on, but I bet if they just let it charge for a while it would have turned on. ... show more

Finally my wife's Birthday gift arrived an Apple iPad Pro Tablet (32GB, Wi-Fi, 9.7") Rose Gold (Certified Refurbished) The product arrived in new purchase cellophane doubled up in bubble wrap. The ipad is Good as brand new with the exception of one tiny scratch on the apple logo which you have to really look to find. Every function works perfectly and you have to set it up just like a new purchased one. I put in in a Otterbox STATEMENT Series iPad PRO (9.7-INCH) case and the Rose Gold looks awesome. After reading several reviews I was not expecting much regarding the charger. It would be more professional in my opinion just to state NO CHARGER INCLUDED, do not send garbage most people will discard it and fell cheated. I was not buying a charger So i did not take a star away for an otherwise great product . ... show more
