We are enjoying our umbrella. We wanted something to shade one end of our pool. This hangs over just enough to give the shade we wanted so it is true to size. Followed instructions and it was easy to assemble. Easy to let it out and bring it back in. Be sure to have it where you want it, because it is heavy sturdy . Very happy with this 11 ft cantilever umbrella. It provides excellent shade for our patio and looks great too. The cantilever design keeps the pole out of the way, and the 360 rotation plus tilt feature makes adjusting for sun a breeze. Best part? It comes with the base -a big plus since many don’t. This is easy to put up and down but not terribly steady when up. I love that it can be moved if needed and was simple to put together. It is wonderful for bright sunny days.

The first time I put this together the crank wasn't working for extending the umbrella, but it is in the description that shipping can possibly rattle a few things. Contacted their customer service and they immediately sent an entire replacement. This one was in perfect condition and didn't have any issues. Once I had it up and going this is very easy to use. The only drawback that I would say is that the switch to turn on the lights underneath is a bit high. You would have to lower the umbrella if you're short to turn it on and raise it back up. It's not a huge inconvenience but an inconvenience all the same, it could have been designed a little bit different. I'm still going to give it five stars, both for the quality of it, and the customer service. I've received a lot of compliments from people that came over to relax on the backyard furniture with the lighting on. I don't think people realize how big and 11 feet is but it's huge. Definitely not a bad thing, it gave more shade than I could have asked for and allowed us to put more people under it to relax in. Thursday solar light was working second day. It stopped working so it’s a cheap material. We tried to contact the seller, but they didn’t return our email so I recommend recommending not to buy this poor communication from seller and not good quality.

The base top is cloth. Hard plastic would have been better. I'm designing my own replacement top for the base. The umbrella is nice.
