this is our 2nd time purchasing what is essentially the same pan. about 4 years ago (the first time we bought it - albeit from a different retailer) it was supposed to have helping handle. it didn't and i was sad. my better-half didn't want to wait for a replacement, so we kept it. fast forward to this week, and we finally replace the old one - non-stick finish doesn't last as long w/high heat cooking/boiling water - and on the second use (making fried rice) the helping handle on our brand $70 pan, that i wanted soooo badly caught fire from our gas stove. total bummer. the pan is a good size though.. ... show more

Bought this as a gift for my brother who loves to cook. Heats evenly and loved the high sides when he makes sauces with meals. Also loved the two handles to hold onto when moving or emptying the pan. Nice grips on pan which feel cushioned.

I needed a new nonstick fry pan and chose this item based on reviews and description. If I follow the guidelines provided by the manufacturer, I have no problem with keeping the pain clean However, It is not the easiest to keep clean One must follow the instructions of cooking on low heat, don’t use cooking spray. Soaking the pan in soapy water and then wash with a sponge and dish soap handles most situations. I am happy with this purchase ... show more

This non-stick pan is incredibly easy to clean. I had a ceramic frying pan and that was easy to clean, but this is even better. I've had an Analon pot for years and it still looks new. This is definitely a good buy.
