This is one of the best pans we have used. It is very easy to clean, even burned on food. I always use a light coat of cooking oil spray and when cleaning, the spray setting removes almost every stain. Please avoid using any metals or ceramic utensils, since scratches are what make foods stick.

Awesome pans. Cooks even and excellent. Great for making multi-layered cakes, also use for everyday cooking. Cleans very easily and sturdy. Only drawback is they scratch easily (exterior, not cooking surface).

This pan is worth the cost! It’s a perfect size/weight and so easy to use. I have to talk myself out of spraying this pan each time I use it. It is definitely nonstick which is amazing and clean up is a breeze! Baking performance is great. Scratch resistant, I would stay yes. However, I always use silicone utensils. Love love love this pan. It is spendy, but worth it! I have had this pan since May, and every time I use it, I say how much I love it. The cleanup is easy! Cooks uniformly.
