I like the multiple functions. For a beginner this bench is simple enough to maneuver and gives options for what muscles to work. I feel the price is fair and the quality is decent.

I know nothing about weights- it was a gift for my son, he is 6 feet tall- not abnormally huge. The weight set had good reviews. Now that he has had a chance to assemble it, it’s unfortunately way too small, very flimsy and unsafe. It wobbles when the weight bar is set onto the J hooks, the J hooks are way too close together. When you try to do curls, the bar hits the arm rest pad, so it’s not possible to complete the full motion. The weight bars to do chest exercises aren’t adjustable so the handles rest in the middle of his forearms - such a disappointment

The media could not be loaded. This Bench allows for working the Legs, Lumbar and Upper Body (Chest, Arms and upper back). If you use the Bench properly, you will not need to see a chiropractor although I love Chiropractors.
