I was skeptical, but glad I pulled the trigger. Logic: I bought this based off the design. Seemed to be an adjustable (key word) GMWD V2 chest press, which is what I wanted since the GMWD V3 takes up too much space and is 40% more expensive. Cons: - Very little. The handle grips are cheap, but the size and positioning of the handles themselves feels good. If they sold upgraded handles separately for $100, I'd buy them. -There are 1000 pieces, but the instructions are very simple. It will take 1 person 2 hours to build. Pros: - Feels very solid (2 plates each side). I have a similar looking seated row from Amazon (GMWD clone) and this is built better. - You will probably not need more adjustability, this thing has a huge range (unless you really love decline). Pro tips: Stick yoga blocks between the arm and where it rests on the rubber stops. This will help you get the best stretch since the yoga blocks will fall to the ground as soon as you lift the arms. Worth the money

Great quality, has a ton of features for the price . Feels very sturdy . My only complaint is that it came in 2 boxes with 2 different tracking numbers and the seller only gave one tracking number initially, so I had to message them and figure it out , but they both came in the same week just different days 🤷♂️

The back rest and seat have a lot of play from right to left. Meaning you have to slide the feet under the seat left or right to line up your body right other wise your body will be a little off and your right arm or left arm will not be in sync while lifting. It took me a few tries to figure out why when I brought my arms back down from a press they would hit at the stops at different times . They were a few inches off. I finally realized that the back rest and seat needed to be straightened out so my body wasn’t slightly off during the press. The fixed bench I have has never had this issue. I do love the decline though and it’s worth the trade off.

Excellent piece of equipment. It allows both arms to work independently ensuring symmetrical development. Equipment was easily put together. Had one piece missing.A rubber bumper and I contacted the seller. Although they had to order the part from the manufacturer (in China) they were able to get it to me within 12 days. I substituted with a hard piece of foam until I received. They even refunded $20 for my inconvenience. Outstanding support. The only thing I might like to see changed is for them to make the seat where you can lower or raise vertically depending on your height. Great quality.

Prior to this I’d been using a simple cheap bench. This one is flexible, and can be configured in many ways. One of the biggest features for me is it folds up and has a loop so it can hang on the wall, next to the barbells. My cats tend to use my flat bench as a scratching post so o have to leave it covered, but with this it not only is protected from the cats, it takes up so much less space. Since I only need the bench every other workout it is very convenient. It has three pins to remove and replace to fold it flat or set it up. The backrest doesn’t require a pin so it’s easy to set the angle on the fly. Assembly was easy enough, the instructions were clear, tools included, and fasteners are separated into labeled bags by step so there’s no confusion as to what fasteners go where. Placement of the washers is clear in the instructions so you don’t have to guess whether the washer should be used on the nut or bolt side, or between parts. It’s not as light as a simple cheap fixed bench, but it’s light enough. The finish is excellent. There’s piping around the seams, and the back has black fabric as wells as black ribbon over that seam. No wrinkles. The design is good, the assembly and welding are good, and I have no doubt it can handle the advertised weight limits. Regardless practice safe lifting, and always have a spotter or a properly set rack with safety bars for any lifting activity.

This bench is very well designed and uses very nice materials. Assembly was easy and the directions were excellent. It took about 15 minutes to assemble. So far, it has been very sturdy and I have felt comfortable using the bench with no worries about it collapsing or tipping over at any of the angled settings. The padding of the bench is also very comfortable. I cant really comment on the foldability yet. I have the bench perinatally set up so I haven't needed to use the folding feature. It does seem like it will be pretty easy though. There are a couple of pins to pull and it appears to just fold into itself. There are detailed instructions provided in the assembly manual. One more thing to note, the packaging this came in was exceptional. Everything was very well protected and it was really nice that all of the hardware was neatly organized in labeled bags for each step. I would definitely recommend this bench. It has so far exceeded my expectations and I think it is a very good quality item at a pretty reasonable price.

If you're looking for a solid weight bench for your home gym, this bench is a pretty good option—but there are a few things to know before buying. Right out of the box, this bench comes in pieces, so be ready to spend some time assembling it. The instructions are ok, but expect a little trial and error. Once it’s put together, though, it feels sturdy and well-made, which is exactly what you want in a bench that’s holding you and your weights. What I Like The steel frame and 660-lb weight capacity make it feel secure, even with heavier lifts. With eight different backrest positions, you can switch between incline, flat, and decline exercises easily. If you don’t have a ton of space, this folds up nicely so you’re not stuck with a bulky bench in the middle of your room. What Could Be Better Since it arrives in pieces and the instructions aren’t great, expect to spend some time figuring it out. It’s not uncomfortable, but if you prefer softer cushioning, you might notice it during longer workouts.
