When we both measured it it was 12x11’2”. It took so much work because the type of tent that we decided to leave it on and not return it. I feel cheated. I ordered this canopy as a replacement to a Sunbrella canopy that served me well for years. I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by its quality and liked its color. It provides shade but does not stop the wind or darken the patio. I love it. Please note it does not include hardware but still a great value.
