There were three problems with this unit. First, the company did not specify in the description that THIS IS A WAND ONLY FOR USE ON A TRUCK MOUNT, and not a portable extractor like I have. Second, the packing of this wand was unsatisfactory, in that there was no packing material cushioning the wand. When I received the item, the box was damaged. Third, the description says a handle is included: WRONG. No handle was included. Fourth, absent was a quality control shipping inspection form to verify what I ordered and who inspected the shipment prior to sending it out. ... show more

You can't beat this for the price. Very happy with it. A wand that has four jets for only $300 is a great deal. I was concerned about the quality of the trigger but it feels very high quality and everything works as it should.
