This litter box works pretty well. It is pretty easy to setup. The opening is tall so if your cat has a hard time with jumping or climbing this may not work for you. Regardless, it is pretty easy to clean out and refill. You have to open the bottom and close up the garbage bag to throw out. It can hold a good amount. The purifier/deodorizer is on the back. You just pop it in and close the back. You can get refills if needed. That leads to my only complaint is that it does not remove all of the odor. It does minimize it but some of the odor still lingers. With this though, I can usually leave my cat for a few days if needed and not worry about the cats dropping. The initial setup is not too bad. You do have to calibrate it which takes a few minutes. I found you should do it if you happen to move it around spot to spot. Note that cleaner is well weighted so it is hard to move around and knock over. You can control the settings to when you want it to clean. It is all button control and the interface is pretty easy to follow. You can set it to clean for 2, 6 or 12 hours. There is also a simple one button press to clean it if you want to clean it sooner. The instructions are easy to follow. The device also detects the cat inside so it will not start the automatic cleaner if the cat is present inside. You can easily refill the basket with litter from the top. The top is secure but easy to remove and clean the inside. The casing is pretty durable and stands well so it cant get knocked over. The cat does scratch at it and left marks but that is expected. The white plastic shell is prone to yellowing so do not leave it in direct sunlight. It does use a brick end power supply so it can take up more than one outlet. The cleaning process is not too fast. It does take a few minutes. The noise tends to scare my cat away so I do not have to worry about it going in during the clean up process. It is not extremely noisy but noticeable the closer you get. The opening is big enough to let the cat through and space inside allows them to turn around and stand. The top can be opened again if you need to get your cat out. It did take some time for my cat to get used to using this. Overall this automatic litter cleaner works great. It is easy to install. It has good automatic setting and safety features so your cat will not get stuck or injured inside. I am able to have peace of mind when I am away from home that my cat dropping will be cleaned. The cleaner takes a few minutes to clean. The controls are easy and simple. The only issue i have is the air purifier or deodorizer provided is not the best. It reduces the smell but still leaves some of the scent to linger so I would recommend using deodorizing litter with this to help with the scent. It does come with bags but any garbage bag will work for this. It is easy to rinse the bin out.

I only gave it 3 stars because I used the warranty to hopefully get the non working air freshener fixed and they gave me the ability to return not replace. Which would be fine but for the fact that I would be required to pay $40 more for it in the process of reordering a new one. Not much of a warranty. This is actually a really good self-cleaning letter box. Some things that I've noted that could make it even better: A more persistent audio notification if it becomes jammed or there's an error. Whatever the air freshener thing is, it does not seem to do anything as it's still completely full after a month. Despite that, the drawer seals pretty well, so I haven't really had a smell issue. It easily lasts a week before I need to empty it. Some things that I worried about that became a non-issue: My kitten doesn't seem to have a problem with the height like I thought it would. The 2/6/12 hour options for cleaning were seemingly not enough as I thought I'd want it to empty as soon as it was used. But it turns out that letting the waste dry out a little bit better makes it more unlikely that there'll be any residue left on the inside of the machine since it has plenty of time to dry and be absorbed. Overall, I'm happy with it.

Works very well! Easy to use and very quiet! I don’t hear it cleaning at all but it cleans every 2 hours! Doesn’t make a mess either. It is quite large but worth the money and space, and my time so I don’t have to clean up kitty poop every day or two. I do recommend clearing out the bin each week, the consolidation of poop and pee in the bin over that time frame does build odor even with the deodorizer filter thing in the back.

The litter box works well. It’s quiet, easy to set up, reliable. The issue is that this thing traps smell in like that’s its job. I noticed a horrible ammonia smell two days after setting it up. I took the lid off and was blasted by the horrible stench. I’m not sure why this is happening, I clean it regularly, use a good litter, and had no issues with smell with my previous litter box. The “deodorizer” does literally nothing and the amount in the bottle has not gone down other than from me spilling it when I tried to check, which is a shame because that was one of the reasons why I bought this machine. I have bought countless products to negate the smell and nothing has helped. If odor control is one of your priorities DO NOT BUY THIS.

Came cracked in an area in the front even though the box it came in looked fine. I noticed after having it for a few weeks the deodorizer doesn't seem to be working at all since the smell for the poops is VERY much still overpowering the room it's in. Since the litterbox is huge and I threw area the box it came in I won't be returning it. I'm sure most of them are fine but I just got a dud. If y'all are wondering yes the self cleaning works and it does a fine job.

i LOVE mine. while it is pretty big it is better for its price than i had imagined. No leakage and it controls odors pretty well, not perfectly, but much better than a standard litter box. it is my first robot litter box and it has made cleaning up after my cats a breeze. i haven't yet cleaned it yet and have only had it for a few days but so far i am really impressed. if i could afford to buy another one i would for sure.

The product works as advertised but my cat has found it quite difficult adapting. It does require them to jump up as the entrance is high off the ground and some cats may struggle with this. Not having a door may also be an issue for some cats
