Lower back strain is no fun and I occasionally tweak it in some odd fashion that causes moderate pain for several days. Ibuprofin helps but I don’t really like taking medicine if I don’t have to. Massaging that area isn’t the easiest thing to do and getting a massage can get pricey. I decided to try this product out because it is cordless, has heat and has vibration. I mainly used the heat function and it helped get rid of my soreness. It’s easy to put on and it’s nice that you can wear it while sitting or while moving around.

The media could not be loaded. Back brace works reliably and as advertised. It is a little small, designed for no larger then 34” waist which is unfortunate. It comes with extender but not well thought out. As a result I would rate adjustability as mediocre at best. Battery life is ok but better than expected, lasts around 10-15 minutes with both heat on and massage cycle going. It gets hot but nit burning hot, which is a plus. I was expecting it to just get hotter and hotter but it held both temperature settings well. It has multiple massage settings and they feel good but they are a little loud. Definitely worth the price and I recommend it as helpful.

I have lower back pain and am looking for a portable solution that can last throughout the day. I had high hopes for this unit. It fits very well and is easy to put on and off. It heats up quickly. I also like the separate buttons for power and lock screen. Also nice is the audible beep when you are using the controller. The battery is only 5000 mAh, however the product description clearly says that it works while charging. "Reminders 1. Cordless heating pad for back can be utilized while charging." and '4. Usage Advice: This product supports use while charging. If the battery is completely depleted, please charge for about 30 minutes before using it." My unit does not work when charging. As soon as I plug the USB cord in, the unit powers off. When I let the unit charge for over 1.5 hours and the battery indicator shows that it is 2/3 charged, the unit will still not turn on when it is plugged in. I bought this item because I wanted to be able to use it while charging. I don't know if it is just my unit or if they all don't work when charging.

The Heating Pad is Great! It works well and an added bonus to be cordless, which allows use anywhere in house without regard to sitting near a socket. Materials used in construction is good. The vibration feature along with the heat is super and great on aching back and muscles. Use it frequently, especially after strenuous work in the yard. The price is well worth it!
