I have severe menstrual cramps, so I was curious about how this lower back massager would work. When my cramps started, I tried using the heat mode, and I actually liked how warm it got — hotter than I expected. Since the temperature is adjustable, it can suit different preferences. I also tried the massage function, and I liked that it uses gentle vibrations, which didn’t feel uncomfortable at all.

Good things First. I can always keep your stomach warm even if i sleep without covering myself with a comforter. Second. The button is close, so it's very convenient to press. Third. It's a rechargeable wireless, so there's no inconvenience in moving because of the wire. Fourth. There's an extra pad, so you i don't have to worry about the size at all. Fifth. I can also use it in my car. I already have three pads that warm my stomach and these are the most perfect.
