I never leave reviews because I'm too busy. But this titanium lined pan is truly the most amazing cookware I have experienced in my professional home kitchen! I tossed out my hormone disrupting chemical nonstick lined pans. I wanted a pure metal nonstick. I tried ceramic pans, but they didn't last in high heat cooking. This pure metal titanium lined pan is magic! The food slides along this pan once the surface of the food in contact with the pan is cooked. The clean up after searing meat or frying eggs is a gentle soapy wipe. It can go in the dishwasher as desired to remove any microscopic food in the titanium micro holes. The etched titanium surface gives it the nonstick property. A drop of oil during pan heating (don't know if it is really needed) and my fried eggs are sliding in a couple minutes and perfectly cooked. It has even heat distribution to the edges. This pan takes a bigger flame and higher heat than my high end copper core All-Clad (which are not nonstick). High heat cooking without burning food is the professional chef's necessity. This is the first nonstick chemical free pan I have found to do it! If forced to think of a con: the bottom of the pan gets little scratches from my Wolf steel burner grates. But all my non enameled cookware does as well. I dont know if it is possible to place a thin titanium layer on the bottom of the pan without changing the heating profile. This is a very minor issue. Summary: This is the most perfect lifelong lasting pan I have ever seen.... I promise to update the review if I find anything wrong with this product. Given the meticulous engineering, I don't think I will be updating.

Top Quality pans extremely well made should last forever! These pans work! They cook evenly and your food won’t stick to it like some other pans I’ve bought! Easy clean up and look great I like the thick handle as it make it feel secure when im lifting it off the cooker to my plate, the high sides stops splatter so I have to clean my stovetop less ….plus the added bonus of great customer service just like int the old days this company cares for its customers ! What more can I say !

WOW!! I LOVE this little frying pan!! It's amazing! For the price it costs, I was hoping it was as good as the advertisements claim it is. I want to get away from the teflon chemical pans but I want to be able to cook things like eggs without the annoying sticking and difficult clean up. I'd HOPED I wasn't falling for a scam, especially at this price... BUT I am so glad I bit the bullet and ordered this pan! I cook every day. This Our Place Titanium Mini Always Pan Pro - 8.5” pan is everything it's claimed to be. Just preheat it for about 90 seconds before adding your eggs, add a bit of butter (or in my case, sometimes beef tallow; I've used both in this pan) and the eggs slide around the pan without sticking AT ALL. So IMPRESSIVE. I've fried eggs (over light) and I've scrambled eggs - the bigger challenge_ and they just slip around in the pan and slide right out onto your plate leaving NO residue of eggs behind. Today I scrambled the eggs - I like them soft scrambled over lower heat - and then covered them with a generous layer of shredded cheddar cheese. I fully expected the cheese to stick to the pan. NO. Even the cheese slid right off the pan onto my plate. BETTER THAN A TEFLON PAN. I cook every day. I am so delighted to know i now have this amazing non-stick pan for the rest of my life. Instructions say to lightly coat the pan with oil after washing. I use my pan EVERY DAY and I leave the oil or butter in the pan for the next day. I usually only wash it with hot water ONLY, No Soap (like I do my Cast Iron pans). Nothing sticks to THIS Pan, so no more scrubbing! LOVE IT.

I haven't actually used this yet, but I'm very happy to have it after mistakenly receiving the 12-inch pan first. This isn't my first titanium pan from Our Place; so I do know how they perform, and they perform beautifully. Cleaning is a breeze and it's a very good-looking pan, as well. I do a lot of cooking for one, which is why I wanted this size. I have no doubt this will perform as well as it's larger kin, which means evenly and perfectly. It's worth every penny and I'm sure to enjoy years of use.

Great pan. Good size for daily use. I make two people's breakfast every morning in it with no fail. Quality is outstanding. Sturdy! Definitely nonstick as promised and versatile. I have made french toast, scrambled eggs, sunny side up eggs, omelets, pancakes, boiled pasta, mashed potatoes, fried vegetables, baked fish and more ever since I got it day after day. I only gave one less star because washing it could be a bit more challenging. Especially if one has to do it by hand. The inside needs serious scrubbing because particles get stuck in the small grid. Absolutely not as easy to clean as a regular nonstick. But the fact that it is amazing quality, not poisonous like regular nonstick and also nonstick makes it totally worth it.

Great plan that cleans easily and heats really well. Get a great sear on foods. The pan and lid are heavy. Haven’t tested in the oven, but works great on the stove. I bought a bristle brush to clean it more effectively.

Great Pan, so we bought the pot as well. Pan is easy to cook with, easy to clean and is a great looking pan as well. All of the meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner have turned out AWESOME and no sticking to the pan. Look forward to using the pots and getting more pieces for my kitchen needs.
