This is an amazing awning and adds so much shade to the deck we mounted it over. The assembly was very easy to do so much that anyone can do it. It took me 3 hours of slow work to get this up and working. I took my time and made sure to do it right. But honestly it was super easy and could have been up in an hour. The quality of this is better than I expected. Very good strong framing and the fabric is very high quality. If you want a great awning Aleko awnings are the right choice!

The awning seems to be of good quality, was easy to assemble and install. Works very smoothly and gives us shade and keeps area dry during rain events. The only issue we had was the wrong fabric color was sent.(separate package has fabric only) we decided to keep the color they sent. That has nothing to do with the quality. Etc. Thanks, would recommend this.

This item to use on a custom van that I was building he made Steel brackets to the roof, using the bracket supplied with the kit. I wanted a manual awning at a nice price cost. I had to put the unit together which I wasn’t expecting, but it wasn’t very difficult. I’m very happy with the product and it’s gonna get a lot of attention in the vehicle gets on the road later this fall it’s going to do everything. I wanted very happy.

We absolutely love this awning now that it’s up! It looks great and feels very sturdy, but I will say that putting it together was a headache. The instructions are very confusing, and the video link wasn’t much help either. Definitely plan on taking your time with assembly. We also weren’t a huge fan of how the awning naturally hung once installed because it had a bit of a sag to it. We ended up making some wooden posts to support it, and honestly, we LOVE how it turned out! The posts fixed the sagging issue and made it look so much more finished and custom. The best part is that the wooden posts are easy to remove when we need to put the awning up or take it down, so they don’t make it any less convenient. Overall, we’re really happy with it and think it looks so good! Just be prepared for a frustrating assembly process.

Video and sales literature are misleading. They indicate that two people are required for only one step. Two people are required for multiple steps. Illustrations in the assembly instrutions are unclear on part orientation. A final critical adjustment is not mentioned in the assembly instructions and it took three calls to customer service to get the correct adjustment. Good product. Bad instructions. Poor customer service.

Super easy to put it together, I see why some of the reviews about lack of instruction and you must be a little bit a handy to understand how to put it together. Overall this is a very good and solid awning. For the price this is definitely a good value.

Fabulous, affordable, beneficial awning! It was a little hard to set up the installation directions were a little challenging, but everything was there if you think through it a couple of times. The shade seems high-quality and similar to one of our UV rated shades. Overall, for the price, I think this was fabulous.

Sturdy & well made! We are very impressed with our shade and it looks so good on our patio. My husband got it put together and up (with an extra hand with attaching it on our stucco wall) and it only took a couple hours. We’ve used it several days and it’s easy to manually open and close. Great sun protection with style.
