Puffy foam sheets, a high quality Ethylene vinyl acetate foam that is made specifically for use on home sewing machines. It is non-toxic, water-resistant and machine washable, but it is flammable and cannot be dry-cleaned. There is virtually no waste because even very small pieces can be used.

You must have a design that accepts puffy foam. I hac one from Anitagoodesign. It is Xmas ornaments and they turned out so cute.

The foam itself was high quality as Sulky products are. I was using it for machine embroidered Christmas ornaments. This is where there could have been user error and I’d like feedback if you have suggestions. I was using 3mm foam and could only stitch 3 stitches at a time before the thread would break. The needle was a 75/11 sharp as recommended on the package. I changed threads several times but was unable to complete the project. I’ve used Puffy Foam in the past successfully so I’m wondering if 3mm was too thick. Thank you in advance for helpful suggestions. ... show more

Wayover priced. I did not pay attention and I thought it was a pack of sheets. This package contains 3 pieces of 6" x 9" 3mm puffy foam. Consider going to WM to purchase 9 x 12 sheets of 3mm puff foam for 33 cents each.
