I’ve worn hearing aids for over 15 years, several different kinds. I ordered these to get me through until I could afford to replace my regular hearing aids. I’m disappointed. First they are supposed to be programmable. True, you can take an online hearing test which allows you to personalize the aids. HOWEVER, once you shut off the hearing aids or they are out of Bluetooth range they go back to default and become amplifiers again. You can save the hearing test results to reprogram the devices. Unfortunately, when you want to use it, you can’t find it. Second, my ears are small and it is difficult to keep them seated in the ear canals. Yes, they do come with various size ear plugs. All too large. They fall out, A LOT. Third, the app is “buggy” at best. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn’t. Sometimes you find what you need in the app and other times it’s missing. I know with any new device there is a learning curve, so I’m going to give them another week. If I don’t see an improvement, they are going back and I’ll find something that does work. If my opinion changes and I find it was “user error” I will follow up next week. If you see no follow up, assume they have been returned.

With the downloadable app this becomes a real hearing aid and not just an amplifier. Unfortunately the case hinge fell apart within a couple of weeks which is quite awkward. And then the built in charger becme unreliable. Sometimes it would work but usually it wouldn't

They have a ringing feedback that hurts my ears. Possibly damaging to my hearing.

Comes with various size and type of rubber buds. They occasionally come a little loose in ear which causes them to squeal. you can actually tell in which direction noise is from. No way of turning them off except to remove from ear. Outside street noise is deafening even on lowest setting, however they are better than my hearing aids for 3K.
