This work out bench is as described and surprisingly well made. The build up of the bench cushion is robust and the covering material looks durable. Assembly is so easy...it literally took me 15 minutes to complete. The little bits (washers, nuts, bolts, etc.) are laminated to a paper backing and are all labeled and coded to match the instructions. So, no confusion with what goes where. I found the easiest way to get the part you want is to just push it through the paper backing by pressing from the plastic side. Not pretty, but it actually cool in that all the other bits aren't rattling around loose in some torn-open plastic bag. The assembled bench is sturdy and will certainly hold my 170 lb frame and modest weights I use. I also like the simplicity of the design and ease of adjustment of all the parts. It stores compactly. I gave the item 4 stars because one component...those elastic straps with handles...are a complete joke! I don't recall how they were described, but they are just bungie cords with poor stretching qualities. Don't expect to get much use out of the pair; although, if you're really creative, you could probably figure out some way of using them acceptably. The maker didn't really need to include them, either. The price of this bench was so much better than similar ones that they didn't need to offer that incentive. Anyway, I think it's a super good value for the money, performs as advertised (although I haven't attempted it's maximum load of 600 lbs), is easy to assemble, and easy to store. Clearly, it's a winner.

Easy to assemble, took about 10 minutes if that. Padding is a sturdy thickness. Not soft but provides good support. I enjoy all the positioning options. Folds nicely for easy storage if necessary. Good quality frame, feels strong and stable. Great addition to my exercise options.

If you’re a beginner in working out and introducing weight and strength training, this could be a good bench to start with. A budget friendly weight bench for beginners. It’s not very heavy so it can easily be moved. It’s fairly easy to fold up for easy storage. It’s somewhat sturdy, but since it’s on the lighter side it may come off as not feeling sturdy. The incline range is decent and it does have the option to attach resistance bands.
